Once Blondie leaned against the mule, and noting that the mule gave no response what so ever as he cast a glance towards it and Blondie from underneath the rim of his hat, Gideon raised an eyebrow. "Is the donky alright?" Gideon asked as he looked to Blondie, pointing to the mule with his thumb. "I haven't heard it make a sound this entire time."

Seras eventually get back and sat near Amelia.

Amelia kept eating silently, closing her eyes and listening to the forest's sounds once again. She opened her eyes and turned toward Seras momentarily as the vampress sat by her before returning back to her meditative state.

"Seems wierd it's acting so... zombie-like, if you ask me. But if you say so." Gideon responded, looking from Blondie, to the mule now identifiable as Joe. After a short moment, Gideon then looked back to the food inside the picnic basket, almost longingly so, looking away again. Nice as this change of pace is, I'd rather head up to the surface. 'course, going back home'd be even better...

After a short time, Gideon looked to Amelia. "Hey... Amelia, was it?" He asked.

Amelia opened her eyes for a moment before looking toward Gideon. [color=ff7777] "Mmepph?" [/color] Her response was muffled at first as she still had food in her mouth. Realizing this, she blushed a bit and gulp what was in her mouth down before looking to. [color=ff7777] "...Um... Sorry, I forgot my manners there for a moment..." [/color] She said shyly. [color=ff7777] "...What is it?" [/color]

At her reaction to Amelia realising she was speaking with her mouth full, Gideon snickered softly, before speaking. "Been wondering. Back when the lot'f us were asked to help in the business of this place, you seemed to have a 180-degree turns as far's behaviour's concenred. What was that about?"

Franky looked over at Gideon and Amelia, then laughed himself. When she was asked about the heel face turn Franky perked up. 'Right... and when someone else asks something sensitive...' He thought as he ate some more.

Amelia blinked a bit, beginning to tremble a small bit again. [color=ff7777] "...I... Uh..." [/color] She put her half-eaten sandwich down and scratched behind one of her ears. [color=ff7777] ".......Th-That's.... not something I'm c-c-comfortable talking about... r-right now." [/color] She said after a noticeably long pause. Looking back up to Gideon, she picked her sandwich back up. [color=ff7777] "...Just know that... wh-when I need to fight... or anything like that... you won't need to w-worry about me freaking out... That's it..." [/color] She said before taking another small bite and turning her gaze toward the picnic cloth.

"Right..." Gideon responded casually, casting a cursory glance to Emilia's rapier. "Well. Forget I asked then." Yeah... It's related to that thing, don't see how it can be anything else. Wonder what causes it exactly, though? Not thinking too much on the subject, Gideon looked from Amelia's rapier, back to her face. "On a unrelated note; your hair colour. Is that natural, or did you dye it...?"

Amelia blinked in surprised at the sudden change before taking a lock of her hair and drawing it out. [color=ff7777] "....It's always been this color. If I had baby pictures with me, you'd see that." [/color] She looked up to Gideon seeming a little confused. [color=ff7777] "...I-Is this color odd?" [/color] She asked, seeming completely serious about it. Noting that all eyes were suddenly turning on her, she trembled a small bit more.

Franky was looking for a short time, before eating the last of the peanut he had. Given his small size, he didn't really eat much.

"You're hair's fine." Franky said nonchalantly as he walked over to the ball. "I'm going to go and check this place out while you all keep eating." He said as he climbed in, although it seemed to sit for a while as he got ready.

Gideon opened his mouth, about to say something, but noting Amelia's increased trembling, shallowed his words, not wanting to make her more uncomfortable then she already was. He was quiet for a short time as he rethought his words, but before he could speak, Seras beat him to it. "What she said." He said, before smiling slightly. "Wouldn't call it odd, though. Given we're from other planets or whatever's going on here, that we're not more different from one 'nother's kind of suprising."

As Franky anounced he was going to explore, Gideon cast a cursory glance towards him as he climbed into the ball, and gave a curt wave. "See you around."
