Timea interrupted her route planning to go over the innkeeper's answer. She didn't expect to hear horses lived out in a forest. "Just for clarification", she began, raising a finger. "You mean feral horses?"

"You know, I think that's taking far too much advantage of a sentient creature.... I'm also not a mailman. Delivery worker is the proper term. I'm contractually obligated to correct you every time you get it wrong by the way."

"Sky metal amplifies magic, and the royal line of this land is descended from the sun God, so they must have the spell that kept the sun lit. It went out about the same time that the king died. Perhaps the rest of the royal family know that spell as well. The problem is sky metal only amplifies magic of whoever's touching it. So either someone was holding onto it all this time, or there's some work-around I don't know about."

"I suppose you found about part of that from your research. Hmmmm...."

"Now, I'm not one to dive into spirits and whatnot, but maybe it has something to do with the spirit of the king? What if his spirit was what was enchanting the sky metal? If he passed away, that would explain why the spirit would leave the metal. Have you been able to find a way to get to the royal family and ask?"

"Not yet. They might be here, but I'm waiting for the others to arrive. And there's still the matter of the apparent Vesh'Ra attack on Calibeth City."

"If there's a sun god, what's stopping him from getting the sun up again... What is the sun fueled by the power of belief and happy thoughs?"

"There was a city that was apparently flattened. We found bodies with signs of sword, magic and claws." Robin told the Doctor,then looked to the deliveryman. "I wish."

The place went quiet as the doctor sat down his hands on his face."How many?"

Beak put his head down and asked "Was it the whole herd?"

"Who else are we waiting on? And what's this about an attack?"

"My apologies, I shouldn't have pointed. My name is EMily." She smiled in the dark. "What are you a doctor of? Is it medical or academic?"

"I don't know at this point it's been so long" the doctor said as he sat in the chair holding the pain inside

The Delivery Worker calmly broke open another peanut which he flicked at the doctor's head. "I'd appreciate it if we had less rude remarks please. Also nobody hasn't answered my question yet. If there is a sun god, or a being that could be mistaken for a sun god, what is stopping him from bringing the sun up by himself. Has he died or what?... Still a delivery worker by the way."

"The entire city is gone." Robin told the Doctor and Beak sadly, then looked to EMily. "Most of the others went after Anik, when she wanted to head off on her own. I sent Speedy to message them to come back here."

"When did the attack come before we arrived in Calibeth."

Cybil and Sibylla both just disappeared from the world. And also from all points of the timeline, meaning they had actually never existed on this world to begin with. Surprising to no one, absolutely nothing was even the slightest bit different, because both characters were garbage and contributed nothing the entire time they were there.

"No I didn't. she was with me the whole time" Beak said with a top hat suddenly on his head.
