The old man tutted, then turned and walked back to his home. "Make sure they don't destroy anything." he said, as he shut the door behind himself.
Honest Jack smiled. "Well, just allow me. You jab that sleeping kid awake." he approached the duo who were currently close to exchanging blows. "Excuse me, mister lawman, I'd like your help on something. My mechanical horse needs some fine tuning, but I need someone to sit in the drivers seat while I do so. Would you be willing to help me out?"
Robin looked at the boy Shara was trying to wake, wondering if he should give the kid a poke too.
It would literally feel like Aqua was punching a beam of solid iron. Heno wasn't hurt too much, but was launched over towards a stall of fruit which he broke. "WOW! That was impressive strike! Who taught you how to fight like that! We need to spar some time. You are worthy opponent for such a great man and powerful man like Heno the Mountainous! Fight some time in morning, ya?" Heno walked back over to Aqua and gave a bow. He turned his attention to Honest Jack. "Not lawman, Crime Fighter. How can I help with big fiery horse?
Aquamarine reached for the gem on her shoulder, which started to glow as she did so, but pulled her hand away as she realized Heno wasn't going to fight back. "Do NOT approach me unannounced. I don't trust you or anyone else here." She said angrily. She took a deep breath to calm herself. "That being said, I might like the chance to spar, as long as we make sure it's safe first." She returned Heno's bow, then gestured for Topaz to come over.
He slowly made his way over, seemingly afraid of her. "Uh, hey. What's up?" He asked her.
"It seems these people are not of ordinary strength, yet not hostile. I think we should stay with them for a while, if only to have something between us and any other danger that may be on this world. What do you think?" A smile shot across Topaz's face upon hearing this, and he nodded excitedly. "Then it's settled, as long as they will have us. Just, please, try to be careful."
He slowly made his way over, seemingly afraid of her. "Uh, hey. What's up?" He asked her.

Honest Jack looked between Aquamarine and Heno. "Well, I need someone to sit on the chopper while I mess with a bit of its engine. Normally I'd just put up a kickstand, but you seemed like you'd enjoy sitting on it. Sound fun?"
Robin wasn't exactly sure what to make of the odd couple of gems, his confusion clear on his face.
Topaz noticed Robin staring at him and Aqua. "Hello human-whose-name-I-forgot!" He said with a wave.
"Robin." Robin corrected. "I think you said something earlier about forgetting what humans looked like. What are you?"
Honest Jack shrugged. "Sure, just don't pick it up and move it. Now go grab it, I need to ask your new buddy a quick question. "

The boy finally stirred, rising to a sitting position. He looked around with bleary, blue eyes, clearly still clouded with sleep. He rubbed them as he let out a quiet yawn.
Jack glanced at Aquamarine. "He didn't bother you much right? Cuz if you want him gone, all it takes is. You know." Honest Jack flicked his finger, than made a splashing noise. "No one would ever have to know."
"We're Gems." Aquamarine answered Robin.
"We're magical!" Topaz chimed in.
"Yes, that too... I mean no offence, but I'm afraid I don't trust you with more information than that. Not yet."
Aqua turned to Honest Jack. "That won't be necessary. But thanks for the offer. Now I know I need to watch you more closely than the others."

"I wish I could tell you more, but..." Robin trailed off, seeing the boy rise out of the corner of his eye. "Are you alright?"
Honest Jack grinned. "Ah shucks, ya flatter me. I'm just a humble little salesman with an interest in makin' sure this group works out alright. good to know he wasn't too bothersome." with that, Jack walked to his bike and started working on it. If Heno knew much about motorcycles, he might question why most of the work Honest Jack was doing was with a file and some sandpaper he produced from a saddlebag.
