"The sun is gone actually." Robin informed him sadly. "It's a long story."

"The sun is... gone?" Solaire asked incredulously. "Oh dear, things are far more dire than I imagined. I trust you are working to find a new Sun?"

"We're heading to Vesh for information." Robin told Solaire.

Timea would see the tracks were fairly fresh, coming from a point to the west and heading east, towards an animal matching the description of bears that had been given.

Solaire firmly shook Robin's hand. "Now, which way is it to Vesh?"

"We're traveling there by sea. There's a few hours until the ship is ready."

"Splendid! Oh, but I pray there are no hydras in this sea! Nasty beasts, those are."

"I'm not sure I can believe you. These tales sound too fantastic to be true." Anik said to Winona. "And what is a 'transhuman'? I have never heard the term before."

Anik, whose face was veiled, giggled at the new arrivals wonderous manner of speech, and tried to place her hand on Robins shoulder, to support herself. Which she managed after a few times just groping the air.

Robin held still to help Anik balance, looking to Soliare. "I've already asked. The only trouble we may run into is ice."

"Ah. Is there, perhaps, enough room on the vessel for sparring?" Solaire asked Robin. "I would hate to wither away out of idleness, and it is a good way to keep oneself occupied."

"Are you alright, miss?" He asked as he saw Anik trying to grab Robin.

 

[Silence]

"Yes, I am, thank you very much." Anik said, and tried to straighten herself, in which she succeeded with moderate success. "Why do you speak like this? It sounds like you are ancient." she added, interrupted by more giggling.

"There should be." Robin told Solaire, then motioned to Anik. "This is Anik."
