Robin thought back to what they had seen in Caliberth. "We... We saw some bodies in the destroyed city. They seem to have been killed by Vesh'Ra. I don't know why however."

"My apologies." Robin said, stepping forward. "It is very cold out there, and our companion wanted to warm himself. I can help repair the wall of you like."

"Uhm, well ah'm pretty hungry ah guess, now that ya'll mention it." Came Sibylla's reply to Timea as she placed a hand over her stomach. She still seemed off-put by Anik and didn't show any signs of wanting to get near her anytime soon.

[color=9f2089]"Yeah, sure, let's just not act like this is even a problem."[/color] Cybil muttered to herself as she continued trying to get the triceratops out of the big hole in the wall.

"If there were Vesh'Rah in the capital, I'd assume they were slaves. I doubt it would be sorcerers, otherwise you probably wouldn't be able to tell they were killed by Vesh'Rah." the priestess said to Robin.

"Well, like she said," the priest Cybil was speaking with indicated the priestess that was talking to Robin. "The leaders of Vesh are meeting to discuss going to war. That might not end well for us."

"We don't need money or... whatever this is," the innkeeper said, indicating the diamond as he spoke. "For repairs. We can fix it with sorcery. But if your friend needs somewhere warm he should probably get off the island. We don't have insulation or heating in our homes."

One of the Vesh'Rah who had reached for his sword said, "Yeah... you may as well jus' let us kill 'im. He looks like he'd feed a lotta people."

Broodwwing looked at the drunken man. "I tried with you Dogs" he said as he prepared to attack

"There was signs of magic, and claw marks." Robin said.

"Wait, you're cold? I can help with that!" Robin offered, panicking slightly as the man drew his sword. "I can create enchathed items."

Utarra, Market - Day 4 - 14:58

"I think she needs everything." Anik said, hoping that it would not sound too weird. After all, these Meta'Rah did eat similar. "Well, she should answer it." she added, realizing it was not really her turn to speak.

Anik kept quietly sobbing, now holding her hands in front of her blindfold, like she would want to cover her eyes.

Luminara eventually found the inn. She dropped a bunch of gold coins on the counter and demanded a room.

Sibylla was too weirded out by how things were going to figure out how to properly respond to Anik's behavior.

"Oh yes. I don't see our journey ending, any time soon", Timea confirmed. "As for requirements, I can't digest bone, but otherwise, I'm not picky, and will take whatever costs the least."

Utarra Area - Day 5 - 07:13

"Well... the amount of weightloss still isn't right. I think we should add some fruits and vegetables to your diet, after all. Maybe it will make a differences", Timea commented, after a moment of looking to Anik, back to Sibylla. She wasn't sure if her suggestion would change things, but it was the only thing she could think of. "I don't really know what's edible, though. But we'll figure that out as we go."

Then, Timea looked back to Anik, deciding to voice her thoughts. "... What ever happened while I was asleep?" she asked, scooting closer to Anik, thought keeping a little more then an arm's distance between them. "What's the matter?"

"Right." the butcher said, as he began getting the meat for Timea, counting out the price as he went. The total would come to a few silvers worth of meat, due to Timea requesting the lowest price cuts.

The innkeeper would take one of the coins and direct Luminara to a room.

"Signs of magic? Like what?" the priestess asked.

"You'd have to ask them yourself, if you want to know." the priest stated. "But let's just say the Calibethan Empire hasn't exactly made the other nations friendly towards it."

"No, we're not cold. We don't need insulation or heating in our buildings." the innkeeper replied, pointing at his fur-covered body.

The drunk man glared at Broodwing, and the ring on one of his fingers began glowing. "What did you call us?" he growled, the ground trembling slightly under his feet.

Luminara stepped out of her room as she heard the commotion. Her dress was black again, the bloodstain gone. [color=FF0080]"Oh, it's you again. If you're going to fight, please leave me out of it this time. Bloodstains go terrible with my outfit."[/color]

Robin noticed the man stroking his ring, and quietly signalled to the others that they should probably leave.

[color=9f2089]"And I know about that. Just kinda feels like going to war now would be kicking them while they're down."[/color]

[color=9f2089]"Okay, seriously, let's just leave."[/color] Cybil insisted as she started actively physically pushing on people to get them out since nothing else would apparently work.

Sibylla childishly groaned in displeasure at the mention of incorporating fruits and vegetables into her diet.

Sibylla shrugged at Timea's questions regarding Anik. "After we found ya'll she told us a story and we went ta sleep. S'all ah remember happenin' anyhow."

"Nothing puppy." he said before walking over to Robin. "I need to talk to you about business."

"I think we should be going now" The Doctor said as he slowly backed out of the room. with beak following

Utarra, Market - Day 4 - 14:59

Anik paid for the meat without a second thought, quite surprised how little she had to pay for such an amount. But then, she would never eat something like these parts.
"I hope this satisfies you." she said, after having said goodbye to the butcher.

"I'm a monster. I shouldn't be around anyone." Anik quietly said, more to her knees than to anyone else. "I killed someone without a second thought. I should not have. But ... it came over me. And I enjoyed it. It was like an addiction being satisfied ..." she added, swaying from barely audible to sobbing. "And then I just tried to forget ... and made this mess out of myself."

Utarra Area - Day 5 - 07:13

At Anik's explanations, Timea's suspicions were confirmed. Where she usually had an unchanging neutral expression when speaking to Anik, her face now darkened with anger. She was quiet for a moment, then, distantly, asked, "... Why? Why did you do it?"

"Flaming swords are something Calibethans use." the priestess pointed out. "We don't use them."

"You can ask them yourself; the meetings are, for the most part, open to the public. They might not listen to humans, but they wouldn't be allowed to stop you going." the priest explained. He then continued, "And, I think kicking them when they're down is the point. A way to end the empire once and for all."

The sorcerer growled again, and a spike of rock burst through the floor under Broodwing.

Robin jumped back as the spike erupted from the ground, leaving the bar but getting his tome out just in case.

Broodwing jumped out of the way. he looked at the sorcerer with irritation. "I'll give you one more chance, say you're sorry or die" Broodwing told the man in irritation.

"What is wrong with you!? The Doctor asked the sorcerer.

"I said I was sorry." Beak said as he entered a fighting stance.

"That's it? Well that ain't no big deal." Sibylla said in response to over-hearing Anik, though her tone didn't exactly indicate she was saying it to make Anik feel better.
