"Oh, no. I'm not thinking you could eat the whole thing. I'll be eating most of it, since I'm a big eater, to say the least." Timea answered, looking down to Hillary with a smile. "But even for me, it'll be too much eat in one go, so when we're doing, I'm going to bury it to keep it out of the sun, and thus keep it in good condition for a little longer."

Timea then squatted down and picked up the organ pile, then began to move away from the carcass. "Come on, let's move away a little so the smell won't kill your appetite too badly."

Hillary would listen to Timea's explanation a decent amount of attention, even looking form Timea to the shark when she talked about her eating most of the creature, obviously wondering what those voices had been asking as well. She would then watch as Timea picked up all the organs and started moving off, nodding in response as she followed after here. "Okay." She said happily, thankful to be moving away from the shark's stank.

As they passed from the beach area, to more of a grassy area, Hillary seemed to flip materials once again. This time taking on a green woven leafblade material style, which like the skin she'd been before, had actual feet and legs. She would stumble a little as she wasn't expecting the change to happen, but managed to keep herself up right, waiting a second to get her footing stable before trying to keep up again.

 

[Silence]

Not seeing anything but water, water and more water in every direction, Speedy decided he had seen enough water and ... jumped off the crow's nest.

Squeaking happily, he fell free in the air. Then he pressed a button and a little parachute appeared on his back. The rest of the way he glided downwards. He then would land near a person.

As soon as he had landed, the parachute seemed to roll itself and then vanish as fast as it had appeared.

"Sooo, what's up with these pirates?" he asked.

"They attacked a few Calibethan trade ships, and so we were hired to deal with them." a Vesh'Rah sailor stated, sharpening his greatsword. "Nothing too special about the job."

"What do we know about them? Weapons, tactics, magic?" Robin asked.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

"They'll mostly be using weapons like this." one of the Kaisiri sailors said, drawing his curved sword and showing it to Robin. The blade would resemble a kilij, with a fairly straight blade that would start to curve at around the midpoint.

"As for magic, reports claimed one of the pirates was crackling with electricity. Another stated that the pirate's ship was moving much faster than it should've been, which means they've either got invisible oars or wind magic. Either way, it used this speed to ram the ship it attacked."

 

[Silence]

"No guns, canons or other explosives?"

"What are guns?" the sailor asked Speedy.

"I do wonder why that keeps happening... ", Timea mused as she saw Hillary stumble, stopping momentarily when she saw Hillary stumble.

When a fair distance away from the carcass, Timea laid the organs down again, lining them up vertically. Timea then crouched down at one end, and warned Hillary to keep her distance, blowing a jet of fire over the organs there after. Like with her solar beam before, Timea stopped every four seconds to take a breath, also stopping from time to time to flip the organs over. Hillary being afraid of fire, Timea stopped the grilling for a moment, and assure the girl there was nothing to be afraid of so long as she didn't get too close to the flame.

When the grilling was done, Timea gave Hillary a piece of liver to eat, and are the rest of the organs herself. When finished, she would go back to the shark, and remove its eyes, and cut off a fifth of its flesh, grilling and eating those too. When done with her meal, Timea would turn into giant bald feline-like creature, and dig a somewhat deep hole, burying what remained of the shark.

"Well, that's that. Now with breakfast behind us, let's go to the city", Timea said to Hillary, turning back to her default form, and pointing to the port city. "Someone else who'll be travelling with us will be waiting there, too."

 

[Silence]

"That should answer that ... . Guns are things you shoot with. They work with explosions. Do they really have nothing exploding?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Right." Robin nodded, factoring those into his plan.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

"That would just be impractical. They'd destroy all the stuff they want to steal." the sailor replied, looking confused at the idea of using explosives in combat.

Through the meal, Hillary would have actually stuck the entire chunk of the liver into her mouth and swallowed it from the get go, having had a couple sniffs of it before hand. Initially, this might have been concluded that she actually enjoyed the meal, but quickly it would turn the contrary as Hillary stuck a couple fingers in her mouth as if to lick them clean before cringing and quickly pulling them out and sticking out her tongue. To her credit, she didn't belittle Timea's cooking skills or ask why the hell Timea would want to eat that garbage, but it was pretty obvious she was thinking it was pretty nasty.

Additionally she would have changed again once she'd eaten the liver, looking like someone had tried to make a meat sculpture. At least it had been cooked so she wasn't bleeding everywhere.

When Timea talking about heading to the city, Hillary looked over to where Timea was pointing, raising a hand to block the sun if needed. "But it's so far away, how are we going to get there?" She asked, looking back over to Timea.

"These losers don't even have guns? This I'll be a piece of cake." Jane said with a manic grin as she started resembling her machine gun

 

[Chungus]

"I'll fly you closer to the gate, though we'll be landing some distance from it, so we'll still do some walking", Timea answered, growing a pair of falcon wings from her back. "The reason for that is that I don't want just everyone to know I can change how I look like this. So that will be our little secret, all right?" Crouching to one knee half way through the sentence, and giving Hillary a smile when she talked about secret keeping. She would then spread her arms, signalling Hillary to come to her.

She wasn't very fond of the idea of having the now-meaty Hillary pressed against her, but still preferred it over walking.

Hillary gasped as the wings appeared, standing up rather convincingly on her legs. When asked about keeping secrets, Hillary brought both her hands up to her face, and pinched her mouth with her fingers. "Okay." She said in a muffled tone before coming towards Timea. Surprisingly, with all the switching Hillary had done, she didn't seem to switch now, either into the grass as she walked to Timea, nor when she touched her skin either.

Once she got closer, she stopped for a moment, a thought apparently appearing in her mind. "Oh... But what about me?" She asked, aware that she was changing too.

Robin looked at the machine gun. "What's that?" he asked Jane.

"It's a gun. Wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of those swords though. They look like they hurt." Jane said with a dreamy smile.

 

[Kirke]

Casually listening to the conversation, you warn Jane not to waste bullets, considering she can't get any more.

At Hillary speaking while pinching her lips, Timea let out a short, soft laugh, enamoured by the action. "Well, you're not changing into anything else right now. I don't really know why, but it works out for us," she commented, noting Hillary didn't change when moving over the grass. "You might get the odd look from people, but that doesn't matter, does it?"

Once Hillary reached her, Timea would hoop her right arm under Hillary's left armpit, and her left arm under Hillary's right, lightly taking hold of Hillary's shoulders. She then stood up, and had a band of flesh grow from her waist, over Hillary's, not so tightly that it would hurt, but enough that Hillary couldn't move around a lot. "Ready~?" Timea asked, beginning to run, first slowly, but picking up speed. "Here. We. Go!" With that, Timea jumped up, and began flying towards the city, staying somewhat close to the ground.
