Montreal, ED Shelter, room. March 3rd.​

"Okay. Before we head out, though, I'd like some breakfast. So, could you take me downstairs?"

Kuki asked, lowering the volume of the speaker, to not distract Fernand from the phone call too much.

If taken downstairs, Kuki greet whoever was there, then request a breakfast bowl, filled with a small amount of water again, materialising another capsule, and placing it in the water.

 

[Silence]

- Hotel -
Morning​

"Sure." Fernand said to Kuki and carried him down, gave him water and ate some breakfast himself.

To Lambda he said, while walking downwards: "I ... don't think you really do bear some. Or why do you think that? You even tried to calm things down."

"I lead that woman here. I just wanted to talk."

 

[Silence]

"You thought she would be more reasonable? But ... wasn't it that Ella and her were butting heads? Did you know Ella would not even let her talk with Anik?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"I didn't foresee it." Lambda admitted. "I wanted to ask Anik about these accusations, and she insisted on coming along."

 

[Silence]

"Judging from how White reacted to Ella ... do you think you would even have had the chance to talk with Anik alone?
I don't know if I would have done something differently than you ..."

"I suppose..."

March 3rd

More of the hotel staff would start to feel noticeably weaker and lightheaded throughout the night.

Nina, as usual, was still sleeping.

Candace decided to check on her chorots, wandering to the rooms. "Hello? Anyone awake?"

As usual Dalahar did not sleep. When others sent to bed he drew his Volkite charger and stood guard outside,almost completely still.

march 3, outside shelter

Dalahar shook himself, snow tumbling to the ground off his shoulders, head and back pack power plant. He began a patrol circuit in front of the building, thudding around and around. He had performed 74 circuits when Ella had emerged outside, from the other side of the street Dalahar raised one hand in greeting before continuing his circuit until it brought him by the door again, where he stopped. "You're up early" he had said simply

Morning​

"Yes." Fernand said. "Anyways, want to call the prison then head to here? I think you know better how to get to it, you being ... counselor and all."

Montreal, Outside hotel - March 3rd, morning​

"Going to bed early and waking up early is a good habit." - Ella replied, sipping on a cup of coffee. "Besides, I found it slightly difficult to sleep after what happened yesterday.

 

[Furioso]

Raz finally returned to the hotel, and walked up to the group outside the hotel. "Hey guys, I, uh, got a little lost last night. What did I miss?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"I'll call ahead. Bye." Lambda agreed. She hung up, and called the prison. "Hello? This is the port counselor. I'm making a request to visit one of your inmates."

 

[ShindoL Shill]

The receptionist on the other end responded first in French, but switched to English with a relatively thick accent once Lambda started to talk. "Certainly, madame. Which inmate are you intending to visit?" she asked.

After the capsule had dissolved, Kuki opened their mouth, and extended their tongue-like appendage, sticking it the solvent, and starting to suck it up.

"Is everything arranged?"

Kuki asked after Fernand finished his call.

Through the window, they saw Raz return, and wondered where he had been all this time.

- Hotel -
Morning​

"Mostly. I think we can go there anytime now, just need to let Lambda finish the application." Fernand answered Kuki. "I'm gonna ask the others outside if they want to come while you're eating breakfast, if that is okay."

He then went outside, spotting Ella, Dalahar and Raz.
"Hey, we are planning to visit Anik and maybe Viyang in prison today. Do you want to come with ...
Oh, Raz. Some white woman wanted to catch Anik, stating she was a killer. When Ella said she had to follow the law, the white one did not want to follow it and instead started fighting ..."

"Anik. She came in yesterday. Female, blind."

 

[ShindoL Shill]

"Un moment... Yes, you should be able to visit her. There is still a few hours until visiting hours, however." the receptionist stated. "And, what is your name?"

"Lambda. There was another woman that came in with Anik, named Viyang. What happened to her?" Lambda asked.
