Actually, I already have, it never ends well for his enemies." - She then turned more serious and continued; "There's a type of incendiary, rarely used, called napalm. It sticks to surfaces and burns at ten times the boiling point of water. Worst of all? It floats on water. Only way to put it out is by starving it completely of oxygen for a long time." - Ella shook her head in disgust and then continued; "Getting permission to use any incendiary weapons would be very difficult though - they are outlawed from military use by international law, and the police don't have them."

Blue frowned, even though the rep could not see it. "So she's protected now? Even though the others did not try to come after her? That's just annoying. But I had the possibility of difficulties always in mind. I hope you can still at least help there.
And a counter-offensive? Why would they do that? They can't really prove anything ... but then, they might just be insane." She shrugged. "I will be careful, and get extra security.

The representative was quiet for a moment, wondering why Blue couldn't arrange a meeting place. "Aren't you the representative of your people? And what would impede you from providing the portal?"

"I could not hold her that long... Not without a fight."

The lieutenant looked at the broken remains in his hand, then looked up to his squad and Ella. "Alright, let's get going! All aboard!" - With that, he walked inside and strapped himself in. The rest of the squad did the same, and Ella led Anik into the Skyranger. The seats were equipped to allow prisoner transport, so Anik's legs were locked in place with heavy steel clasps, as were her hands. Black was already put in place in the same way, as far in as possible. Anik was placed on the same side as him, but on the outermost seat to avoid the two prisoners harassing each other. The pilot then raised the ramp, and the craft took off. It quickly made it's way to Ile Bizard, where it landed outside the main community. Anik and Black were kept in place, guarded by two troopers, while the rest held a perimeter around the craft.

"First step will be to demand that she leaves our dimension, in any case." - Ella sighed, then said; "I have to get going now, so good-bye and good luck. I have a feeling you're going to need it." Ella then left and headed back towards the Skyranger. Once she got there, custody of both Anik and Black was handed over to Ella. She stepped on-board, and the craft took off. The ETR squad then had to wait around for their ride, a police van from Montreal.

Blue sighed. "Creating an interdimensional portal through magic means is incredibly difficult. The one creating this one - she's not with us anymore. The next planeswalker willing to create another portal is several countries away.
Teleport is far easier. So we could try a place on this earth, it does not matter where. Or you could come to ours. Or you provide the portal, as that is the easiest."

She then waved with her foot, and sighed. [color=e50000]"I don't think she realizes the threat."[/color]

When the Skyranger landed, a few of the people in the interdimensional community stopped what they were doing to watch it closely. Joel would poke his head out of the front door of his shop, his expression somewhat more aggressive than usual.

The XPOL officers were all used to hostility from interdimensional communities. After all, some of the residents there had probably been captured by XCOM back in the day, and despite XPOL was still tarnished by its link to that organisation. The troopers kept a calm but alert posture. After the Skyranger took off, the troopers gathered together and stood around talking with each other.

 

[Slenn]

Shana smiled.
"Well, yes. Exactly that." She held out her hand. "Alright, do your thing."

"I see. I must point out, that this is the type of information that is the kind of information that should not be withheld. Being aware of another strengths and limitations will make for efficient collaboration", the representative stated, then briefly paused, and took another breath. "A friendly reminder, madam ambassador.

Now, back to the matter at hand. We could not provide you with a portal, on the account that it will be noticed, and recognised as ours. While there may still be some doubt whether or nor we have allied, now, a second occurrence would confirm it. We could also not set it elsewhere, for you to reach by teleportation, as you are no doubt being monitored after events, earlier today.

So, I suggest the following: Interdimensional traffic goes through our domestic universes, until the issue of our portals have been resolved. This allows us to share resources, and communicate if current methods are compromised. However, to uphold our privacy agreement; traffic enters and exits at designated points, and only these.

As Shana held out her hand, Kuki had the two tendrils emerge from the pectoral fold.

"Here goes!"

With this said, the tendrils began giving off a soft pink glow. Kuki then began extracting the various tissue samples from Shana that were involved in her fusion powers. As explained, whenever Kuki extracted a sample, Shana would feel a brief mildly uncomfortable sensation.

With all the relevant samples extracted and stored, Kuki's tendrils stopped giving of the glow, and retracted into the pouch.

"Right! All done. Thanks again! What will you do now, though?"

"It is. You would not want to arrive in another place, anyways ...
How about the destination in my world will be the throne room. The one this portal already leads to. It's quite nicely set up to be used as a hub.

It would also make it more easy for you to get our mages. Do you need something to create a portal? I can disable the protection spells from here."

 

[Slenn]

She clenched her hand afterwards over and over again once it was over.
"I really don't know, Kuki. This world is kinda hard to keep up with. I honestly don't know how people make a living here with all this crazy business going on."

"I have confidence in her." Lambda asserted.

"That would be required, yes. Currently, we're not really equipped to locate different universes that aren't affected by an anomaly, without first having a beacon present", the representative explained, then followed it up by saying, "one moment, please."

For two minutes, the representative was quiet. After, he said, "apologies for the delay", a bit softer than usual, to not startle Blue. After, he continued speaking normally. "A small robot is making its way over to you, now; the size of a small insect. Take this into the throne room, and the signal it sends out will pass through our local relay point."

The spybot that had been following Blue almost constantly since she arrived had its pigment camo return to transparent, making it easier to spot. It began approaching Blue.

"Most people probably were in a same situation as you, at one point. So you might have less difficulty settling there, until people located your home universe."

She picked it up and stood, then walked through the portal into the throne room. She walked to a place between two columns, and placed the spybot down again. "You can create a portal here." she said.
