And yeah, I hope we can learn from history. Maybe even the history of other worlds?"[/color] Sarah said, and looked into Zevs eye, wondering. [color=99d039]"So you're not really a psychic then."[/color] she stated, avoiding the question.

She stared at the van as it broke down. [color=99d039]"Huh ..."[/color]

But if I want to eat, or ... anything, really, I can't use my magic. I have to use my feet."[/color]

"And now, we wait." Blue stated. "You remember how to play guard, right?"

"Yes..."

With that, Blue stepped around a corner, leading Anik, then changed her appearance by creating an illusion around her, which made her look like a regular guard of the prime ministers.

They would wait until guards were about to shift posts, and locate the ones wanting to start the shift by reading their minds.
Then, they would stop them in their path.

The guards stopped, a little puzzled, and asked what was going on.

The door of the hovervan opened, and from inside came a mountain of a man, rubbing his head and muttering to himself in German. He looked quite old and there was a prominent scar over his left eye, but he was still clearly strong. He surveyed his van, looking at the jets.

[color=99d039]"Oh. ... well, everything is fine, I just have no experience in dealing with extradimensionals. I feel awkward."[/color] Sarah lied.

Seeing the man and hearing him mutter in german, Sarah called over to him:
[color=99d039]"Hey, alles klar?"[/color]

"Oh, guys. You forgot, didn't you? We switched shifts around, because of the baby." Blue said, and waved her hand.
The guards would remember a conversation with a guard looking like Blue on the day before, in which they talked about switching shifts.
They also would see Blue in a guards uniform, like Anik.

[color=e50000]"... don't condolence me."[/color] Dala said, slightly annoyed. [color=e50000]"Anyways, I hope this magic prosthetic maker has what I need.

Candace gave her a big smile and an eager nod, careful not to open her mouth in case she annoyed Dala again.

"Nicht genau..." The man replied, scratching the back of his head. A second after saying that, he jumped and turned to Sarah with a smile. "Ha! Du sprichst Deutsch?"

Zev sighed, then stood back upright. [color=660099]"Well, that seems to make sense. I thought you were just nervous about the prospect of seeing the romantic, post-apocalyptic skylines of my homeworld."[/color] she said, cackling softly.

When the new guy showed up, and suddenly Sarah was speaking nonsense with this fellow nonsense-speaker, Zev was knocked way out of her comfort zone and into a much less fun to be in zone. [color=660099]"What are you talking about?"[/color]

"I... oh. Mattieu mustn't have changed the schedules. Go ahead, then." the guard replied, sighing as he led his fellow officer away.

[color=e50000]"Oh dear ..."[/color] Dala sighed, finding Candace very odd.

Anik and Blue, who now used the illusion of an uniform for all to see, went to the other guards, doing the guard shift.

Sarah smiled unsurely at Zev.
[color=99d039]"Sorry."[/color] she said to her. [color=99d039]"It's my mother language.
Let me talk to the guy for a second, we can surely switch to english."[/color]

She then turned to the man: [color=99d039]"Ja. Bist du auch deutsch?
Was machst du hier in Kanada ... mit diesem Hoverfahrzeug? So was hab ich noch nie gesehen."[/color]

Looking back to Zev, then back to the guy, she added: [color=99d039]"Vielleicht sollten wir weiter auf Englisch reden, die Anderen verstehen uns sonst nicht."[/color]

"...me trying not to annoy you is annoying you more, isn't it?" Candace deadpanned, her smile falling.

The man gave a nod to Zev. His voice was deep and a bit gravelly but full of joy and life, and even in English his thick German accent was apparent. "I am sorry my friend. I did not mean to exclude you." He looked back to Sarah. "Yes, I'm German. I've been travelling everywhere for a while. And that honestly surprises me. I thought hover vehicles were everywhere these days."

 

[Slenn]

"Never heard an accent like that before. Or even that language. Kind of fascinating, really."

 

[Silence]

Dala smiled to Candace. [color=e50000]"No, it's not annoying me. You're just odd. In more than only my conversations with you."[/color]

[color=99d039]"Huh. No german where you come from?"[/color] Sarah asked Shana. To the man she said: [color=99d039]"You might be from the future then! That's cool!
What's your name?"[/color]

Holding up the paper with Anik's face on it, the bounty hunter said; [color=0066cc]"I'm looking for this person. I've been told she passed through here."[/color]

"That is correct. She isn't here any more, though." The door opened, and the bounty hunter was let in. "Ullia dealt with her. I'll take you up to her office." the guard said. The bounty hunter would see, on the other side of the wall, a number of large stone buildings, connected by stone paths. The parts of the compound with no paths or buildings were covered in grass and flowers, which were being attended to by the half-elven residents of the Library.

[color=660099]"Don't worry about it. I just didn't know this region had more than one language."[/color] Zev said to the giant German.

"Actually most of my ancestors were of Scandinavian descent. My last name is Vang, and the biodome region is known as Ulv. The latter of which is the Norse word for wolf."

After some time had passed, the prime minister would suddenly remember that he forgot a meeting with his affair, a blonde guardswoman.
He should definitely take her out.

Zev stared at Shana and Sarah in confusion, having no idea what half the words they said meant.

After a few minutes, the PM would exit the building and approach said blonde guard.

The blonde guard looked at the PM like a lover would, and said: "There you are! You did not forget!" she smiled, but kept her professional distance.
She shouldn't hug the PM in public after all.

Pointing to the other guard she said: "She knows. We can go."

And with that, the PM and the two guards in the role of bodyguards would walk through the city for a bit, until they came to a dark corner. "Just around here." the blonde woman smiled and kept her pace.

"Apollo is a planet of low traffic. And Ulv has restricted access for humans because of the civil unrest. In fact this is my first time on Earth... at least in some sense. A different Earth, but still Earth nonetheless. I've read histories of Earth but I don't think they cover everything that is to see on the planet."

The PM, a little confused, went around the dark corner.

"Sorry ..." the other guard whispered, unhappy, while the Prime Minister was yanked back and he suffocated, his veins in his throat choking him.

Then, all blood left his body, turned into blue energy, and went into the blonde womans hand, leaving him drained.
"Power." Blue simply stated, sounding orgasmic.
The illusion her body showed changed into the on of the prime minister himself.

She ... or he, talked a few words to herself, training to get the right tone of voice to be the prime minister. The sound was changed from female to male as it left the body. In the meanwhile, Anik undressed the body and gave the clothes to the man.

A spell was cast on the body so it did look like a homeless person, still drained of blood.

The prime minister smiled. "Thank you for your help. I would only know his life, but never be able to know all about his personality, if you had not shared your sense with me."

With that, both went back to 42 Sussex Drive.

"I am Reinhardt Wilhelm." The man said cheerily, giving Sarah a handshake. He looked to Shana and Zev. "Another world, you say? Well, I have seen stranger."
