"I must agree with Sarah. Killing anyone who disagrees with the law is the most surefire way to turn your country into a police state. And that can create a steady state of paranoia and unease for the majority of the population. Not saying death sentences aren't out of the question, but a speeding ticket shouldn't mean death as a penalty."
