"You met us, already!" Anik said and smiled. "But what do you mean by 'organisms'? Are you interested in plants and animals?"

"Why did you come here?" Candace asked.

"Electronics huh? Kinda looks like some of the stuff we have back home, but what we have is powered through magic."

"Were you planning to meet them somewhere, after they had gathered supplies?" - Ella replied, as she knew that it might be difficult to find somebody in a city the size of Montreal.

"Devices using magic are found elsewhere, too? Neat. We have those, too. But they aren't all too common"

, Kuki responded to Yuri.

Once Candace spoke, Kuki looked to her, cocking their head to one side, then the other, before stating;

"I already said?"

It stood up as Anik spoke, and approach her, although didn't really get too close.

"That's right, red-haired, miss! On both counts! I want to see how organisms live in complete different environments than what I know. Some are scary, though, and best observed at a good distance!"

Scuffling about again, Kuki stopped for a moment, and scratched themselves again.

"Anyway, what are your names, people who aren't Yuri? And what are you doing here? Like, here specifically?"

"I am Lady Candace Ayers. You are most welcome. And I meant why do that? Why head out and explore? Are you a traveller, a sightseer, a scientist?"

"The last one! Or, well, engineer, technically"

, Kuki answered Candace, still scuttling around.

Dalahar realised they hadn't talked about that. "No, regrettably not. I needed to speak with them all too" he seemed agitated as he spoke. what is your name? Do you even have one? What do you want here? Seperated from your God as you are
He shakes the feeling off as the presence retreats slightly.
"It hasn't been the most organised arrival I admit"
Something told Dalahar that there was more to this even still, he wished for the simplicity of a battlefield now more than ever. His hand rests on the phosphex canister he wore on his left thigh. He was so stupid to keep such a thing out of sentimentality, it posed such a great risk of anyone found out about its destructive capability. Dalahar knew full well what the Crawling Death could do. He must have needed to remind himself of what brought him here, that's why his hand was drawn to the canister.

"Shana Vang. I'm here because I was curious."

"Oh." Anik said, concerned. "Did you have some bad experiences already? We had some kind of fight earlier, luckily it seemed to have gone well.
And my name is Anik.

Umm ... aren't you pretty small? Can you even see much from down there?"

"Ah, right. So this is for research."

, Kuki confirmed, then moved to scuttle around Anik.

"No, not really, Anik. That's just a bit of common sense!"

it responded to her, after she finished speaking.

"But, yes. Everything here is really big compared to me. I can only really see faces when far away.

What's this fight, though? No one seems to have been hurt, recently. Was it just verbal?"

"No, it was earlier. One other traveler - he had problems. He turned feral, and two of our people managed to defeat him and turn him back to what he was before." Anik explained. "People got slightly hurt, but Gash could heal them.

Say, do you want to climb on my shoulder? You can see more from there. Although ... I hope you will be fine when I'm smoking."

The hot-headed man walked down the street a short distance, then entered a car, most likely his own since he had the keys.

Viyang glanced down at the Kuki and said, [color=663399]"I'm Viyang Bel-Ae."[/color]

A guard led the police officer into the building, to observe its CCTV footage, while other CSI officers began photographing and poking around the area.

Gash glanced down at Kuki, grinning. "Gash."

Ella glanced down, wondering to herself if the cylinder Dalahar had on his thigh was a grenade and if she really wanted to know. She then looked back up, and said; "We'll just have to find them, then. How about we head that way-" She pointed towards the downtown area, "-and I'll tell the guards to contact me if they get back here before we spot them."

Dalahar keeps his distance as the process continues.

"That sounds very strange"

, Kuki stated while moving. They stopped near Anik's feet, thinking on her proposal.

"Hmm. No, thank you. I wouldn't like being so high up. If you don't mind, though, maybe you could carry me in your hand?"

When Viyang and Gash introduced themselves, Kuki looked up to, and between them, but the latter being a colossus compared to Kuki, they couldn't see higher up than Gash's knees.

"Oh, you're the one that did the healing, then? Is it normal for medical practitioners to dress the way you do, where you're from?"

they asked curiously.

"In my hand?" Anik asked, then thought for a bit. "Sorry, I don't think I can. I need to use one hand for my cane and the other for my smoke, and then I need to make a call.

You ... could get into my pocket, though, if you don't like it that high up. I bet it's very warm and comfortable." she smiled, and held out her hand again.

As Anik proposed to put Kuki in her pocket, they moved a bit further away from her, looking at her, then up to her coat.

"Hmm. I think I could fit in there. If I can come with you, it would be nice this way!"

Once Anik helt out her hand, Kuki moved on it, taking hold of the sleeve of her coat with their paws, their whole body not fitting on the palm.

"I haven't adjusted to the cold yet, so this really works out well! Thanks!"
