Anik, at first, was about to take Yauna's hand. "You could do that? That ..." she suddenly stopped. In the last moment, she had read Yauna's heart, causing her a headache, but making her weary. "Are you lying?" she asked. "Why is Samantha here?"

Realizing she was noticed, Blue spoke up. "Hello, Anik. I've come to take you home. Remember how much fun we had?" She seemed quite sincere.

"I'm not killing any more people!" Anik called out, leaving Blue speechless for a second.

While speaking, Blue and the mage both let go spells onto the turrets, the mage using lightning, and Blue using water, hoping to destroy them.

Yauna released the hands of Blue and the mage, and grabbed onto Anik, attempting to use her as a human shield against the guns. "Everybody, stop!" she ordered, attempting to magically influence Blue, the mage and the XPOL guards but not Anik.

The turret hit by a lighting bolt short-circuited and was destroyed, but the other turret was not fazed by the attack. It opened fire, sending scorching laser beam across the group of enemies. The guard outside the door stayed there, both due to Yauna's spell and because he wasn't capable of seeing anyone except for Anik.

Other guards were running down the corridor towards the cell.

The turrets shots were, coincidentally, deflected by the invisibility suits, as they bent light away. Still, the mage, seeing the immense threat, reacted by sending a lightning bolt at the other turret, before stopping due to Yauna's influence.

Anik panicked even more, trying to get free of Yauna with immense strength.

Blue hesitated. She was not influenced by Yauna, as her willpower was immense, but she also saw no reason to do more. "What happened to you, Anik?" she asked. "The last time I saw you ... you were so much like me."

Anik did not answer to this.

When Yauna saw the laser, she gripped Anik tightly and said, "Don't resist, I'm honestly trying to keep you safe." After that, she recited a brief incantation, and transported herself, Anik and Blue to the Ethereal Plane. If Anik tried to resist the spell, she wouldn't be affected at all.

As Yauna began incanting, she'd quickly find her spell cancelled. Meanwhile, a sizeable group of guards had gathered outside the door and were getting ready to enter.

Noticing the threat, but still under Yauna's influence, the mage said: "Let me teleport." Once he saw Yauna's spell being cancelled.

Blue was looking around, trying to find the source of the cancellation.

"Can I ask you something?" the planeswalker said. "How old are you? I mean really, not the age at which you died and got turned."

Nina shrugged. "I stopped paying attention. I don't think it was that long though. A few years older, maybe."

Yauna's grip was broken by Anik's struggling and her spell fizzled. With a frown, she pressed the buttons on the harness to make herself the most invisible she could be. She would then mutter an incantation as quietly as possible, and a cloud of yellowish gas would appear in the hall outside, which would smell incredibly foul and might make the people in it retch.

"Then I would not recommend a lifeless world, but one with, for example, a lively vampire society."

(OoC: If Nina would get to such a world, it would also be maybe bussing her, as I would not control this place, and you could do what you want with it.)

"That won't change anything! I'll still be dangerous, and I'll still have nothing!" Nina shouted back at the planeswalker.

"You are far less dangerous as you think you are, especially as you seemingly do not want to be dangerous." the planeswalker said, not losing his calm. "The world I would put you in would nearly only have equals, or more powerful beings than you.

But the other part interests me: What do you mean by having nothing? What do you want?"

With both turrets now destroyed, and Yauna invisible, the guards outside started coughing and gasping as the gas appeared. One opened the door and after a short glance at a terminal next to the door, said; "Hey Anik, come on out of there! Let's get you to safety!"

Anik hesitated for a moment, then started to run towards the voice - only to be yanked back a second later. Blue controlled her body, keeping her inside the cell.

"... I'm sorry." Blue said, concerned. "I don't know what has come over you. You were never like this.

Yauna, try again."
The other mage got closer to Anik, and held up her arm as well, ready to start his teleportation spell at the same time as Yauna cast her spell.

Anik screeched in an inhuman way.

Yauna quietly muttered the incantation for her Plane Shift spell, then poked Anik on the back. Anik would feel arcane force tugging at her and, unless she resisted would find herself pulled to another world.

The guard opened fire, sending a short burst against the source of Blue's voice. He then stepped aside and yelled out; "Guys, get her out of there!" Two other guard complied, running in towards Anik. At the end of the corridor, a person stepped out of the elevator and sprinted towards the cell. It was Ella, barefoot and wearing a t-shirt and trousers, carring her blaster rifle.

Anik was not able to resist, even though she tried to.
She arrived in another world, the paralysis on her broken immediately.

"... hello?" she said, while feeling the ground, and smelling her surroundings.

Blue, not getting pulled on the ethereal plane, was irritated, and even more so when she could still sense Yauna in the room, but not Anik. "What did you do? Where did you send her?" she whispered.

Blue was shot, and staggered backwards for a second, before she was caught by the other mage, and, with a hand on her back, the mage healed Blue again. Then he summoned a barrier of light around the two.
