Other than CoD. Because other than CoD, we have nothing right now.
It used to be Unreal/Quake/Halo/CoD were the big games you could play solo and have fun in. Then they all died except for CoD, and while Halo tried to come back it slammed straight into the "basically cancer solo" slot that so many games fall into.
But pretty much every AAA shooter, nay, AAA multiplayer is a circle-jerk of teamwork and "you'd better have friends to play this with or suffer". And its why I think CoD keeps succeeding in spite of all it's problems - its the only AAA multiplayer game you can reliably pick out and say "Yes. I will be able to enjoy this solo and have fun even if friends aren't around or get the game."
The only other game that has even come close is Titanfall, and it was *so, so* good, but it just didn't have enough content to keep people sated and released too close to Ghosts, so people just went to CoD.
