A wooden AK-47 what looks exactly like AK-47. At a distance you wouldn't see the difference although it's mostly made of wood some metal and nails. Molotov cocktail are simple and fun also a gunpowder "bomb" that was a real nice stuff.

I actually made a pretty good railgun that fired pennies (a coin used in the UK). It worked pretty well til one of the 3 coke can sized Capacitors literally exploded (Too be fair, I haden't expected them to work when i got them, they were quite mucky looking). The explosion of it damaged the flash ciruit and I scrapped the project immediatly fearing next time it would might fire backwards into the box.

I made nun-chucks, well nun-chuck actually as i didn't ha ev solid chain for more than one.

It's not that i carry it on me or anything, i just think it's fun to play with.

I have a stash of carboard tubes from rolls of wrapping paper. I don't let my mother throw them out. I haven't yet, but if I ever get bored I'll get them out and wave them around making lightsabre sounds.

At work I have plenty of tools at my disposal for weapon making. Wich coincidentally is a hobby of mine. So far ive made a metal club from a 2 ft, wrist thick end of steel cable of wich I welded the ends shut and degreased the whole thing. Its stiff enough to use as a club but because its woven cable it still bends a tiny bit when swung, giving it extra force.

Sounds like you have a blackjack making bone in you. Although it's pretty inventive to make it out of cable instead of leather and an iron ball. Man I love esoteric weapons, I can't get enough of odd blades or inventive explosives.

Eh, low grade C4, Magnesium and gunpowder tennis ball grenades that explode on contact, very little thermite, made a couple napalm molotovs the other day with my buddies. Thank god no one cares about West Virginia lol

How big (tall) was it? A friend of mine made a 10' tall trebuchet that launched a watermelon at least 150'. It was "supercharged" with garage door springs. Scared the hell out of me when it fired.

Wait what? How the hell could you put... nevermind, anyway, I got a small pumpkin to 160 something, but because I live in the suburbs, that was its last shot before I had to disassemble it. Considering A watermelon's relative weight... I'd say you win this time.

I've whittled some spears, and I have a large tree branch that I use as a staff/club..

I also have made an awesome weapon out of a Hotwheels race track before.
I used that motor thing that launches the cars, and put a piece of track on it. Then I loaded it up with Hotwheels cars, and turned the fucker on. The thing is freaking deadly.

Well me and my buddies have made our swords from the hardest, tempered PVC piping covered in the most durable foam insulation and the steeliest, shiniest duct tape. We rage into battle beating each other senseless with our dull but brutal weapons. Onlookers watch in stunned amazement as 7 20-year-olds sword-fight with their foamy weapons to see who will reign as champion. Will it be the quick witted with a sword and shield? Or the brute with the greatsword? Or even the douchebag who thought it would be a good idea to make a glaive?
For the record? The glaive didn't work well and hurt rather a lot since he didn't build it properly.

For things I actually made, the best would only be a rubber glove rock launcher thing...it sucked.

As for other weapons, for some reason I seem to have accumulated knives. I have a kinda flick out knife thing, 2 ornamental daggers. 2 mini-swords which are mounted on a mini shield, but can be pulled out and pointy stick thing that a model knight in my closet is holding (which can also be pulled out).

I've made a few shivs (well, actually, wood carving knives, but I'm sure they would be quite handy in a dark alley), and I've tried making a standard longsword to hang up in my study, but I couldn't quite give the handle an authentic middle ages look, so I'm now the proud owner of a sharp 4 feet blade with no way to grip it. Other than that, a long series of slingshots while I was a kid, and some snares and other crude traps.

I also don't know if these count, but I used to break car batteries and melt the lead into buckshot for hunting shotguns and fishing weights.

Well I think I would be arrested in the US thank god I'm not there did this crazy stuff I have made solvent cannon which can fire an large orange about 200ft, gas grenades, pipe bomb, kinda claymore thing the explosive not the sword, rope trap, flash bang.
I lucky did this whilst still a minor!.
