"If you cut the head off a giraffe, due to the amount of blood pressure, the resulting spurt of blood would shoot 3m in the air" that is the true embodiment of a weird ass fact.

not only is it weird but it serves absolutely no use in life what so ever.

I mean seriously? what is the moral of that story??

Plowing a field with an elephant is illegal in tennessee
You cannot leave an alagator tied to a fire hydrant unattended in new york
It is illegal to shoot jackrabbits from a boat in alabama.
Thinking about these facts you'll come to the conclusion that it is likely just one thing that a specific law forbids.
"You cannot tie animals to fire hydrants/city property and then leave them unattended"
"You cannot shoot animals from boats"
That sort of thing.

"American Pie" by Don McLean was about a plane crash that killed Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J. P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson
No one knows what American Pie is about. It includes references which could be to the plane crash, or about the Hell's Angels at Altamont (I think that's the one). There are also apparent John Lennon references, Bob Dylan and Elvis comparisons, suggesting that if it is a song about big musical events, then the most important point of the song is 'The day the music died.' It could be that the song is about various days when music could be said to have 'died'. (Don McLean refuses to say what this song is about)
He has publicly stated that it refers to Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper, he just won't specify what the other events are.
He dedicated the song to Buddy Holly, and when askd acknowledged that the only date given is when he heard about Buddy Holly's death. None of the musicians are named in song, and when pressed he has always responded 'it's about interpretation.'

He's admitted that the song is an exorcism of grief about Buddy Holly, but that doesn't mean it's about Buddy Holly. The ony thing we can be relatively certain of is that it's about the day the music died, everything else is open to intepretation

During WW2 it was believed that the Germans thought that the British pilots could see their bombing sites better at night because of their diet of carrots, rather than radar. This was most likely propaganda from the British government.

According to Mormanism, Black people are black because they are the children of Cain and of Ham, Noah's son who broke a taboo when he looked at the nude body of his drunken father. In what became known as the "curse of Ham," Noah condemned to slavery the descendants of Ham's son Canaan. Also that blacks embodied spirits that had fought on God's side in a celestial battle of Good vs. Evil but had performed "less valiantly."
