Once I had a bedside table that went directly into the wall, my cat used to sit on it causing it to slant. One night i was half asleep and for some reason thought "omg my clock is falling" so i reached out (eyes still closed) and caught my clock. It was very very strange, but very cool.
Dude, that's fucking epic.

I once had a dream wherein Angelina Jolie (seriously!) was a mad scientist with a vendetta against me; when my little brother came to wake me up on account of the fact it was snowing (in Alabama, that is), I grabbed him by the throat and almost strangled him under the impression he was trying to kill me.
Once I was stoned out of my wits and half asleep; I thought I was a cat for some strange reason.

I had a dream that Bigfoot was outside my house and I woke up questioning Christianity.... that one was very weird.

My friend said that i was asleep, but when he asked me for a couple pillows i sat straight up and handed them to him. He said thanks i said no problem. Then I asked if he wanted anything else; he kinda hesitated then said no. So i said alright, and went back to sleep. I dont remember ANY of it.
if you two are opposite sex and you friend's the guy, i dont think 'no' was what he said.

Nothing with a dream I can recall, but I've had several moments where I was daydreaming and an object has a similar shape to something in my daydream. That's reality affecting dreams, though.

1) The dream I had when I was like 4 and I was surrounded by Ewoks from that cartoon back in the day. I remember fire and chaos and they were all running around, screaming.

2) When I woke up from an unmemorable dream and saw shoes walking towards me across my room. Plain white tennis shoes, and I've never owned any like it.

3) Sleep paralysis is not fun.

That. Is. Awesome. Seriously, someone needs to make some "sleep workout" thing like that. Just one question, though: why were the dream drill sergeants making you do push-ups for 4 hours? You'd think they have more drills for you to do in that time-span.

Once I was sleeping over at a friends house, woke up thought it was my house and yelled upstars to what I thought was my mom asking who drank all the milk.

i probably did more, because when i went to bed (4th grade) i was a bookworm twig. when i woke up, i was literally built like a bear. pushup position was what i woke up in. i had more exercises for 4 hours before that. my brother actually though i was a stranger and tried punching me. he actually broke his arm on my back, i got so ripped. the best part is, i can still move. i am fast and dextrous, unlike normal muscle bound mammoths.

plus, it's Delta Force. don't question them. else you will go to sleep and never wake up, if you get my drift :p

in hindsight, this probably would not have happened if i hadn't watch that film on Delta Force.

Every now and then, just as I'm drifting to sleep I randomly feel like I'm falling. The thing is, I'm not falling and I'm still in my bed. It just feels as if my bed and the floor just disappeared. It's always a very "oh shit" moment.
This happens to me but none of my friends and they all think i'm a bit crazy because of it.
It's called a Hypnic jerk, happens to most people. I had it pretty bad last week after coming back from a party, a bit drunk and cold and with a cold. Not fun, had to turn over and face the person in the bed with me and move away from the edge.

The best for me is dreaming about my alarm going off and in my dream I was getting ready for school, but then it changed into something completely different.
I woke up however, in the kitchen, trying to lift a frying pan absolutely covered in oil and with some bacon scattered around in the pan.
I was wearing, my pyjamas, my dressing gown, my thick frock coat, a tie haphazardly thrown around my neck and a scarf. I think I only woke up as the pan was too heavy. (It had been left near the hob you see)
Pretty damn weird.

There's also the time when, dosed heavily on co-dydramol with a migraine I came downstairs into the kitchen.
My brother said I'd mumbled then screamed "Get the Frenchman off the purple bicycle! He can't eat onions!"

Again, this is seriously awesome. I mean, you got buff overnight because of a dream. You should write something about that, I'm fairly sure you'd get on some talk shows.

On a related note, maybe I should try watching Delta Force.

On a school residential trip the fire alarm went off, I rolled out of bed landing neatly on my trainers ready to get out.
I was sleeping on the top bunk.
The other girls in the room just stared at me, I didn't realise what I'd done until they told me later.

I was staying in a hotel with a couple of mates and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Supposedly, my reaction was wake up, ask if that was the fire alarm, then go back to sleep.

Not my weirdest half-asleep moment, but it was last night so I'll post it. I was dreaming that I was watching TV in bed and that I knocked the remote off the bed. Then I woke up and was going nuts trying to find the remote I "dropped," until I remembered that I didn't watch TV last night and the remote was still sitting on top of the TV.
