Weirdest Video game monster you have seen?

Not really the scariest in terms of looks, but the Chainsaw guys from Resident Evil 4/5 always scared the crap out of me. It's something about the tension of a guy with a bag over his head, carrying a chainsaw, and being resistant to bullets that just did me in.

I found the monsters in Silent Hill 2+3 pretty disturbing. Not because they looked so gruesome, but they all were a personification of the hero's mind (you know, in context. Which has been missing since 'The Room').

Hell hounds in Doom 3.. the first encounter with one of those is intense.

Hypnotoads in LotrO... weird, magenta and slimey.

Every boss from Wario Land 4.
Cractus-Giant Zombie Plant who occasionally turns you into a zombie and proceeds to laugh at you.

Cuckoo- A giant bird who lays exploding eggs INSIDE a Giant cuckoo clock mech with a bunch of saws and shockers.

Aerodent- A tiny mouse on top of a giant floating teddy bear who throws walking thumbtacks and fireballs down at you from his high position

Catbat- A giant vampire-zombie Cat with bat wings, no legs and half a bat attached to his head that coughs up spiked flying hairballs and splashes the water to push you into a drill with eyes.

Dead Space - The bodies that are stuck on walls.

While I was playing this with a friend(who by the way faints at the sight of his own blood so this is obviously the wrong game for him but I made him sit through it)we saw one of those and I told him to watch what it does. When he saw the tentacles come out of it, he throws on my floor. I pause it and I make him clean it up. We sit back down and I continue to keep playing he sees it again and throws up a second time. So I stopped playing Dead Space around him.

However, from it's introduction method to it's final look I'm going to have to pick God from Silent Hill 3.

Monsters in .hack//G.U. are quite weird. The Heartless and Nobodies tend to get creative in looks in Kingdom Hearts. Or any Pokemon.
Dang...not to many that I can think of.
