So I'm playing as a Imperial, trying to make a mixed run, as a vampire.

Well, I've been sitting here for hours taking hits from vampires, getting my HP drained.

No disease

None

No pop up telling me I'm sick

No disease in the magic menu

So what am I doing wrong?

Congratulations, you're immune. I guess. Go be a vampire hunter instead.

You need to re-roll as a whiny, self-obsessed and clingy 16 year-old girl. Then you need to wait through about 3 or 4 books or movies and one of them will bite you.
Then you get pregnant, so gz I guess.

I guess logic entered the series and you no longer contract Porphyric Hemophilia from a vampire's sword...

Yes but they use the skills to, which drain HP, which is the only logical "vampire bite", still no disease.

you may have to let the vampire hit you for as long as 2 hours real time to contract it and you still might not get it.

I was already a werewolf

Watch, the game broke because I became a werewolf and cured it, now I can't become a vampire

Well, you can't get rested bonuses from sleeping...but I haven't put the bonuses to use except for when I'm smithing in Whiterun so it isn't a big deal.

Actually you become effected badly by silver weapons, and if you run into the Silver hand bandits, they can be quite the problem. You also sleep a lot less, which isn't much of a problem, but the well rested bonus is nice and if you don't sleep you can't get that obviously.

OT: I don't know what to suggest, except getting hit more by vampires, or maybe different types of vampires since there's ones like "fledglings" and such.

You must remember.....Becoming a vampire works the same in Skyrim, Oblivion, and Morrowind. You have a "chance" of being infected. I once played Oblivion for about 3 hours, letting the vampires beat me into a mushy little pile of guts and failure. I didn't get infected. Then, I was doing Azura's quest. The very first vampire I encountered was a monk. She ran up to me an punched me in the face and BOOM! Infected. Just keep at it, champ. You'll get it. Best of luck, fellow Dovahkiin.

Huh, looks like they really cut the contraction rate for 'Sanguinare Vamparis' as it's now known.

I think I broke the vampire engine by becoming a werewolf

Even though I did revert back to human, I bet I'm still immune to vampires.

If you've already been a werewolf, then I don't think you can become a vampire. That said, I think it does work the other way around, so maybe someone could give that a shot?
