Try and contact help for her. If she goes into rehab for being subjected to drug use, then maybe she'll get the help she needs.

rehab doesn't work, statistically your more likely to quit meth/heroin/alcohol cold turkey than through rehab/aa meetings. although i think a lot of it has to do with people who do it cold turkey really want to, while most people in rehab are force in there against there will and have no real desire to get clean, not enough to succeed at least, and aa meetings just keep reminding you of it.

Call the goddamn police, what do you think they're purpose is? You know a person who's getting hurt and you know where she lives and you know the person who done this to her, you've got enough information. Get the authorities before you let her die through inaction.

I cant agree less, but im not going to tell you to risk your life if you dont feel its worth it....
while I understand that doing something about it might get you and people around you hurt (or even more), letting it be sounds like something that can kill the human part of a person's soul (not sure I said it the way I wanted but the hell with it), yet its your decision to make, sure make sure you make the one you feel is right...
