Between tires, tire rod ends, spark plugs, spark-plug wires, an alignment and, freaking gas the last few months have been pretty expensive for me because of my car too...I don't think $2000 but...uh...maybe I should go back over my numbers...dammit, why do cars have to be so expensive...

The realization that starting my own lets play channel or live stream of any kind would require a pretty significant monetary investment...aside from needing a camcorder I would also more than likely need a capture card, a new laptop or desktop, video editing software and, an external hard drive (or several though just one at first).

I can never get a job cause nobody ever calls me back, I have confirmed depression but my family can't afford medicine and is too "BE A MAN PUSSY" for therapy, my little sister is in the hospital after a bad car accident, I have 3 projects due Tuesday and haven't started any of them, my second-best friend just committed suicide, I'm going to have to get surgery on my knees or I'll become a paraplegic, no matter how much exercise and diets I do I never lose weight, I am good at literally nothing and have no interest in anything for my future, and to top it off my PS3 doesn't want to read all my games now.

People then tell me that I'm miserable and I need to lighten up, and other people have it worse. NO.

I have several projects to hand in Tuesday and I should of spent all weekend working on them. My boss put himself well out of his way to get me on this course, which also happens to be pretty much the only way of repairing the damage of failing college the first time. So of course I spent the whole weekend alternating between directionless rage, crippling anxiety, mental self-flagellation and staring at walls. Fuck my brain.

Well just now I finished playing my final promotional game in LoL and it didn't register my victory. It shows up on my match history as a win and I got the IP but under the leagues category, it still says I need to play another game. I am annoyed...

Windows corrupted when I needed to finish 5 AP world assignments. I was not a happy guy that night.

I also lost my D string during a concert. This is before when I carried backup strings, so I now either tune properly or carry backups to all hell.

But if you can't play with a D string, how will you play with G strings? D:

I can use my G string to, wait for it,... play notes that my D string has! :-D

Power Supply Unit. It's the small box in your computer where you plug the power cable into, and has the on/off switch.

I've got a few, and they're even automobile-related!

First was in 2010. I'd just gotten a new job, and was off to fin a drug-testing lab somewhere in Milwaukee, when I got T-Boned. A wrecked Saturn SW and a $200 police ticket later, I thought: "well, that blows..." So Then I got a "new" vehicle, which was four years older than my previous car, and crumbling to pieces. I drove that for about a year until another accident happened: in my workplace's parking lot, I'd JUST gotten done with a long day at work but when I start driving, the dumbass car's power steering cut out and I wound up perched on a rock in the parking lot, for all to see. It took about five hours to get help and go home. That really sucked. Then, last year in mid-September, I got into a crash that crushed the front end down flat. I had to be pulled out by police and firefighters and was shipped to the local hospital. There went yet another Saturn SW. That really sucked. And you know what flattened the front end of my car? A motherfucking Ford Taurus. I've been borrowing cars to get around ever since, though soon I'll have a nice little Blazer when all is said and done.

Some time ago, I waded into Religion & Politics just after something big hit the news. Found a little thread - only the OP at that point - and wrote a short post containing my thoughts on the topic. I hit "post" and then noticed that in the 1 minute or so it took me to write, the bile already started to flow. I edited my post out and decided to get the hell out of R&P.

Nobody knows, we've tried to investigate the matter, but to no avail. All we know is that those who go in don't go out, so it's probably something sinister, probably.

Not really a "this sucks for me" moment, but definitely a "this sucks that the Escapist forums, normally civil by Internet standards, have an overflowing septic tank in R&P" one.

While R&P is another beast entirely, I see no less vitriol and toxicity in other sub-sections of the forums that are for any kind of discussion. Stick around gaming discussion when Dark Souls, ME3, difficulty/challenge, console vs. PC, publisher talk and the like are going on. It gets...interesting.

And what sucked for me? Well. A co-worker calling me he was going to be an hour and a half late because of the heavy snow and roads not having been cleaned yet; so I just knew I'd run around like crazy and wish I had some extra sets of arms for the duration, since it was for one of the worst shifts.
