It's the fact that they are abusing the family by saying that they "lied" to Dunn about God and should have told him to truth, which is weird, seeing as WBC have no true concept of Christianity whatsoever.

Hoping the Jackass crew kicks the shit out of that Church group. I bet if one of the crew comes out and tries to get them, the Church group will most likely run away. I can honestly see them doing that. They're probably scared little pansies that make themselves feel better by protesting at someone who can't say a word back.

Wow. Some of the jackass crew saw dunn as a brother so if someone picketed your brothers funeral what would you do? Power to the jackass crew on this one.

While I'm not effected by Mr Dunns death, not a Jackass Fan, it's sad he died so young true, but not weeping over it. That said, this is in BAD TASTE by the WBC and let me say I agree with thtose saying this could end badly, but I feel it'll end even worse for them at a soldier funeral.Put it this way, putting "DEAD SOLDIERS ARE FAGS!" on a sign, holding it up at a soldiers funeral, may end with angry squad member of said dead soldier who they may have saved their life or done something majorly heroic will end in the angry squad member taking a high powered rifle and wiping these guys off the map, or atleast a few of them.

Lets just hope these idiots see the error of their way, shut up and f**k off.
There is a silent dignity that comes with the funeral of a solider i think. no one wants to react the them on such a day because they don't want to give them the satisfaction.

For The Jackass crew, its completely different. Dunn would WANT them to retaliate i think, so i would not be suprised that something will happen

Ya know, normally I find the WBC beyond distasteful. However, in this case the irony makes me chuckle. Both groups are a bunch of attention starved jagoffs desperate to make an ass of themselves in an attempt to stretch out their fifteen minutes just a few seconds longer. They just have different ways of going about it. They deserve each other.
No one should have this level of disrespect at their funeral.

There needs to be a group there that does something along these lines. [http://www.buzzfeed.com/mjs538/the-3o-best-anti-westboro-baptist-church-protest-s]

That, or there's always this option:

I wonder how any of those church members would feel any sense of remorse after watching this.

Good, maybe the jackass crowd and the WBC crowd will get themselves arrested and killed.

/no sympathy for a man who killed himself and someone else by driving drunk, famous or not.
//Ebert has it right on this one.
Pretty sure he doesn't considering that wasn't confirmed, last time I checked. I know he posted pictures I don't think its known how much was drunk, and the police didn't specify anything about that.

OT: Can't imagine the Jackass lot taking too kindly to that.
If he was sober and it was a blowout, or something like that. Hell, even if he was just tired, then I will feel REALLY guilty about what I said. I don't want to see anyone hurt. I wish it didn't happen.

If he was drunk I will stick by my comment about not feeling sorry for someone who murdered his friend because he did not have the balls to call a cab.
If he was pissed, his friend would have been too. If his friend had been sober, he wouldn't have gotten in the car or he would have driven. Chances are that if they were pissed, Dunn drove because they decided he was the least pissed. He did not murder his friend, they both made a mistake, just so happens he was the one driving.

And no, being stupid does not mean you deserve to die.
Which would only make sense if the SPEED WAS NOT 110 MPH! *rolls eyes*

Good riddance to Dunn.
Yeah, ok, imagine if you replaced Dunn with a beloved one, how would YOU feel about this? Because if you see this as completely in gest, then you should look at your life through the looking glass. Its very hard to see a loved one die, its hard to also mourn the loved one with religious people saying that you are a demon, he was a demon, and your all going to hell for supporting him throughout his life.
If I had a loved one who downed liquor and jumped in a car so he could drive 110+ MPH I'd have no sympathy for them. I have a brother who shot himself in the leg because he decided he'd clean his gun but didn't want to go through the hassel of removing the clip from the gun. I didn't cry or feel bad for him, because he was a derp.

If I were one of Dunn's parents, I would've been depressed WAY before he died. Yes, my son's contribution to society is inflicting pain on others, damaging property, and laughing about it. Dunn is one of the poster children for why abortion should remain legal, in my opinion.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I hope Ryan Dunn's fans still have enough energy to rage on the WBC after their idiotic shelling of Roger Ebert.

Why are these guys even news worthy anymore? They're not even worth a footnote at the bottom of any news site.
"Oh yeah, WBC is picketing some funeral again"

I'd be careful if I were them. The people Dunn was friends with aren't famous for their restraint or good sense.

I propose the asshole law. If you are publicly being a massive dick, the people you are being a dick to have the right to kick you in the balls once if male, if female, I haven't thought a similar pain you could put a girl through, maybe just a straight kick in the stomach. Of course, the dick/s are allowed to defend themselves, but good luck if you're being that much of a dick.
If you think that being kicked in the balls is the most painful thing imaginable, you've clearly never broken a lot of bones.
Bullshit I haven't. I'm just not a cruel bastard, also, I don't think these people should procreate. Also, that's one kick in the nuts per person.

Picketing a FUNERAL? That's low, even for you, WBC.
Hi and welcome to your time here on Earth. I know you are new here, but I would like to point out a few things about your magic journey called "life." It is a strange journey filled with love and loss, pain and pleasure, heartbreak and euphoria. Just remember that there is no such thing as a free lunch and there is no sex in the champagne room.

/basically you would have to have been born yesterday or lived in a fallout shelter for the past decade to have only heard that the WBC pickets funerals. So welcome to now, my friend. Enjoy internet porn and the KFC doubledown.
The internet has PORN?!!

I wonder if they realise that there is a very good chance that they will have human faeces thrown at them while there...

I read somewhere that he only had like four beers and a few "girly" drinks over the course of four hours and for a man that size I'd reckon it would take alot more to consider him drunk. Anyways I'm not surprised at all that the WBC is protesting his funeral because they are batshit crazy and find it necessary to protest anyone's funeral who doesn't meet their criteria for a perfect person, especially those people who are famous or soldiers. They are the scum of the earth and I hope the Jackass crew has a nice welcome planned for them.

As far as I'm concerned the WBC can go fuck itself and all they believe in because all they are concerned with is spouting hate in a world that already has too much of it to begin with. Also I watched a documentary on them called "America's Most Hated Family" or something along those lines and their children they take to protests with them don't even know what the signs they are holding up even stand for. So not only are they spreading hate, unnecessarily, but they are making sure it passes to the next generation that will be as close-minded as their parents are. It truly is despicable and I only wish I could see the look on their faces when they die and end up in hell for all this nonsense that they're spouting constantly.
Okay this needs to stop. He had twice the legal b.a.c. okay? He was going over 130 m.p.h. I understand that we need to show respect for the deceased but we don't need to defend them.

The empty death threats (and they are empty) against the WBC also need to stop because that actually makes you worse than them. An' wow, just wow that's tough to do.

Also it's kind of weird for you to condemn the WBC for their judgemental and inappropriate protests (and I agree they ARE inappropriate and insulting) while you are also being judgemental and wishing you could see the agony on another human beings face when they die. Seriously who talks like that? Oh. Right. The WBC. Um, and you.
Okay out of all the posts in this topic you pick mine? There are plenty of others that are saying worse things. I never meant to sound like I was defending him I never bothered to read any of the stories coming after the first story that was released that didn't have any details of how fast he was going or what his BAC was and I didn't really care to. I knew he was speeding and drinking beforehand. Even if he hadn't been drunk he was still acting like and idiot and sadly he paid the price for it.

About the empty death threats my post contains none so I have no idea why you quoted me for that which makes little sense. All I said was I hope the Jackass crew has a nice welcome for them as in some sort of stunt that was funny, but would also teach the WBC a lesson(NOT IN A PHYSICAL WAY I had to make that clear since that was the problem in my last post). Also, you misread my post I didn't say anything about the agony on their faces when they die. Its more the look of surprise that they'd have on their faces when they wind up in Hell instead of in Heaven, where they probably assume they'll go.(NOTE: That is if either place really exists, but thats a whole different subject) I was being judgemental, but I don't care I used more civilized language than half the people in this topic and quite frankly the WBC deserves the judgement. I know Jesus has the whole turn the other cheek thing and I do, for the most part, but I can't just sit idly by while the WBC spreads its hateful bile I need to make it known what I think of them.

Also, the difference between me and the WBC is when they die[footnote]Not a threat just the natural order of things in the world people die[/footnote] I won't be protesting their funeral because I'm not a self-righteous, religious nutcase. So don't take this holier than thou attitude and group me in with these religious extremists because I don't really care for religion or extremism in any form.

Yes, yes it does.

I may be a Christian, but even I love the humor in these counter protests. If I wasn't so far away, I would have been in the mob at UWEC chanting "go home" with all the other counter protesters a couple years ago.
