WH40K Roleplay Thread Ending; "Who Knew?"

"You appear to have mistaken my rank, Maeror. I am no torturer, the Inquisition has other men willing to do such things. I am an Interrogator, a Neophyte if you will, I am the student of Inquisitor Adamar Rawnt who chose this as my final mission before my promotion to the rank of Inquisitor. By the end of this I believe I will have earned that rank, unlike some of my fellow Interrogators."

*Kalidian paused, his hand poised to draw his pistol should the fighting start.*

"To accuse me is to accuse all of the Ordo Hereticus, not a wise decision in my opinion."

 

[John Galt]

*Galt slips out his stun-truncheon. He lunges into the middle of the deck and grabs Maeror by the throat, and quick jab to the stomach lays him out cold.*

"You never said anything about slowing your heart dear boy."

*Galt looks up at Larenxis*

"Alright, Larenxis, I need you to search his body, get that grenade, and disarm it. Nothing worse on a ship than an explosion in the middle of the crew. I'm not going down because this paranoid bastard felt like making himself a martyr."

 

[Singing Gremlin]

Gremlin ran forwards and knelt by Maeror's side. He pulled out his knife and cut open Maeror's shirt, revealing the grenade, crude device that it was. He gave Galt a wry grin "found it. Sod searching, just use a knife, that's my motto"

He shuffled over so Larenxis could get a better look. "Your job from here mate."

 

[Possum-Man]

"My thanks, Galt, had their been another explosion I doubt I would have had much more flesh left to burn, let alone clothes. So what do we do with him?" said Kalidian, nudging the unconscious Maeror with his boot, "His paranoia does not help, especially not when combined with explosives. I believe we should lock him in his quarters and put him under guard, just in case."

 

[The Sorrow]

*Wakes up in quarters, with locked doors*
Ugghh, probably should have thought that through a bit more...
Seems like they got rid of the grenade, and...
WHERE'S MY GUN?!
NOBODY TOUCHES VLADIMIR BUT ME!!

OOC: What's sorrow's character name?

Sorrow looks around in panic, before, all of a sudden the intercom went on:
"Hehehe. Should of put more thought into expressing that you had a grenade strapped to your body to a paranoid crew, hmm? As for your pet Vladimir, I always thought Sythkon (OOC: That's what my mechanical arm is called) could use an upgrade. Don't worry, for the next 10 hours, the security in your uhh...room, has been doubled; nothing can get in our out. You'll have to use this time to think about what you've done."

Sorrow convulses suddenly, before slamming the walls repeatedly and then slumping onto the floor.

 

[Larenxis]

Larenxis had the strange feeling people were talking about him, even though he was far from the source, checking on the ventilation system with Pie. He looked to his servo-skull, but Atican kept on hovering silently. "Huh," he said quietly.

 

[The Sorrow]

*Grumbles, then sits down to meditate*
He's going to kill again while I'm in here. They're going to lynch someone, but they're going to be wrong.
Might as well get some sleep...

OOC: What's sorrow's character name?

Maeror; it's the latin translation of "sorrow"

Lynch should be tommorow unless I'm struck down by God, so get to votin'.

OOC: Are we actually allowed to pool our thoughts OOC? Seems to kill the mood somehow. I'll converge a meeting of mutinous muttering some time after this lynch so we can ***** about the Inquisitors in character if you want..

"I am inclined to accuse Hellspawn, he seems to be the only one with good reason to kill so many. The bionic arm alone may be responsible."

*Kalidian slipped away, intent on his own investigation.*

Not really, one because Space Marines are too hard and two because Death Company are so bonkers that you'd immediately be blamed and lynched in some epic way.

OOC: The Sorrow is waaaay to shifty looking to let live. To many problems circle around him. The Orgylin (or what's it called), the bomb, they just sorta point to him.

I use bullets, not dumb brutes, not poison, not bombs. I prefer looking someone in the face when they go down.
In this case, that person may be you. But I didn't kill anybody, and there's no way I would have access to those poisons anyway.
I'm a gunner. The Emperor would skin me alive if he heard about this.
You, however, could easily lie your way through it.
I have no motive.
