Hauling Gremlin's upperbody over his shoulder, Rain moved with the Inquisitor to, hopefully, meet with the gathered crew at the nav station.

"Somebody in there is the main instergator here. You can question Hellspawn, do what you want with him if you wish. We have now full authority here. None of the crew are going to like it but Emperor fuck 'em, our original mission is now a complete failer, so whatever we are facing must be dealt with with harsh force or not. We know too much. A whole ship full of heritics have cut their way through our men, true to the Emperor's word and holy light. Let's see what we know?"

Rain's face had turned. Something was going on. Horrors like this became of the ship he fought in that was raided by Dark Eldar. Now this was different... the enemy had a purpose!

Possum-Man said:
"Between us and the killer we may not have a crew left by the end of this." thought Kalidian.

"We need to get a clearer picture, we should question Hellspawn, I am suspicious as to how his bionic arm came to be larger. It was as if he had used spare parts to increase it's size, but the only place he could get them was from the body of Larenxis." Kalidian replied as Rain grabbed Gremlin.
OOC: I used parts from Maorors gun to increase the amount of weapons on my arm, you might have missed that.

OOC: yay! I finally died! I was somewhat bored of life in a tube. However, now I get to enact more mischief!!!

The body of Gremlin lay slumped in a corner, where Rain had left him for now. The man began to groggily wake up. The Delinquent nearly squealed with ecstacy. First some cretin did him the favour of destroying that pathetic Irish, and now here was a new body to have fun with...at least until he could take physical shape.

Swooping down on Gremlin like a spectral raven, the Delinquent merged with the incapactitated man. Inside his mind, Gremlin became vaguely aware of a new prescence. The horrible figure of the Delinquent appeared before him. Too grotesque even for words, the gunner froze. "What are you doing?! What is going on?!"

The Delinquent laughs echoed inside Gremlin's head. Finally, the time had come. Lord T had given him his opportunity! "We have work to do, man-thing" the daemon snarled.

Rain begins to speak to the crowd that had now gathered, few there were. Foolishly ignoring Gremlin in the corner.

"Soldiers of the Emperor. I have been informed before Irish's death by a creature unknown, warning us of the dangers lying ahead. We have stumbled onto something bigger then recapturing a lost Godmachine. We can leave that to the Space Marines to reclaim that. Right now we have to start sorting things out.
-Inglis might be the heritic. A vast array of poisins were used and he has been absent for a while now!
-I doubt it was Zen or Orphilia but since they run this ship, they could know how it works and how tro get around in it.
-Irish is dead so the daemon should have been torn back into the nothingness.
As for the rest, it could be any of us. I doubt that we Inquisition would be foolish enough to fall into the clutches of the heritics although Galt did somehow. It won't happen again."

Sitting in the corner, Gremlin shut his eyes, trying to keep his mind his own. "What do you want?" he hissed "Get the hell out of my head!"

He knew he ought to tell Rain, but that would be an instant death sentence. He wasn't ready to die quite yet, and it seemed co-operating with the daemon might be his only option.

"Listen, man-thing. I have access to all of the nerves of your body. Threaten me again, and I will show you such delightful pain!"

Gremlin sat in the corner, grumbling defiantly for a moment. The Delinquent could feel the conflict in his mind. However, logic won out in the end, and Gremlin mumbled a curse under his breath. "Alright daemon, what do you want?"

Cackling, the Delinquent replied "Lord T needs work done, flesh-cretin, and you have been honoured by being selected for his glorious purpose. Let us just say that this is a case of the enemy being the enemy of the both of us."

Gremlin paused for a moment. "What do you mean?" he asked quietly "And just say I help you. Daemon possession for the rest of my life would probably be worse than death. So there'd be no reason not to get myself executed now. So, I help you, and once we're done, you leave me alone. Deal?"

The Delinquent paused for a moment, taken aback by this human. He was surprised by the amount of fight in this one...almost respectful.

"I had no intention of keeping you, flesh creature. I just gained my freedom from that weak body, what makes you think I want to be imprisoned for another 50 years? But I have things that need to be done, and to do that I need a body. When I'm done, I'll be back on my merry way to the Warp."

"When the Emperor's lapdog has left, we are going to visit Ophelia. We need to make a course change. And don't argue! This is for everyone's benefit."

"How? And since when does a Daemon give a shit what's for everyone's benefit?" Snorted Gremlin "Out with it, warp-thing, what is it you actually want? I fail to see how any servant of chaos could have an agenda that doesn't require lots of dead humans."

My first instinct was to have Irish exorcised from the Gremlin but I figure I'll let it slide for now. We've already established that the demon was more or less innocent (numerous other crimes no doubt), so I can't think of how this will effect any lynches (Gremlin could still be the murderer, a demonic buddy won't help his innocence anyways). So I'll let it play out. Kudos to Irish for finding a loophole that big.

Rain walks up and down the rows of soldiers.

"This is just a warning to the hertic amoung us. We know something big is happening and eventually you will be singled out. The other soldiers here will pull through with me and Kalidian, through the darkness and horror. We will either be awarded medels or piece in service to the Emperor in the afterlife."
