What 1 Game Would Have You Buy a New Console For?

Simple question really, what one single game would have you shell out the amount of a new console for?

It can be either a make believe game (but realistic ideals people), for instance a game that was perfectly made for you, or related to a game/ franchise already in exhistance (maybe that dream Star Wars, or perfect Sonic The Hedgehog game you've always wanted).

Or maybe it would be the console itself (again, something believable)?

For me, I was thinking that if a portable version of Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI ended up on the PS Vita, I'd buy the console in a heartbeat. When I play that on my PC, I'm glued to the thing all day.

A version that I could take with me to work, to the cafe, or abroad, would be perfect for me. I'd easily get my monies worth with the amount of time I'd spend playing on it.

If they were to annoucne a new .Hack game for a console other than the Playstation I would go buy that thing in a second. It wouldn't matter if I had to sell a kidney or join of mafia, I would make it happen.

Wild arms 6
Legend of legaia 3
Legend of dragoon 2
Lost odessey 2

Unless one of these come out on a next gen console , i won't likely buy one until they come out . Fat chances of that since most if not all of those series died quite a while ago .

Fear Effect 3. It's cancellation quite far into development was the reason I never bothered to go from the PS1 to the PS2, which it was scheduled to appear on. In the unlikely event that the series was revived I'd buy whatever console I needed to play it.

When a new console releases, I generally don't give a flying eff about sequels.

New software moves a console for me. Hence why I still don't own a PS Vita.

If The Witcher 3 was released exclusively on a console, I guess that would lead me to purchasing a console for it. Beyond that, I really can't think of anything.

i bought a 360 over a ps3 purely because the 360 came with halo 3 and halo 3 was a 360 exclusive and went on to spend the best part of 3 years playing it and went on to play it competitively and develop a love for playing FPS games competitively

No game would make me spend that much money.
Hell, Skyrim was my most anticipated game of all time and even for that I wasn't going to put down ?150 for some dragon figurine and an artbook.

Well, if I had the money, I'd buy a PSP for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. I've missed out on what's supposed to be a few rather large pieces of the overarching story because Squeenix decided to spread it to as many consoles as humanly possible. Birth by Sleep happens to be the only one I really care about playing. Well, that and KH3, but that seems to be Squeenix's HL3, so I've stopped looking forward to it. Not that I could afford a PS3(or 4) to play it on, but if I could, I'd buy one in a heartbeat for KH3.

By my own rules, nothing. I require at least three games before I commit to a new console.

A real, expansive Shadowrun video game.
Not that dross that they tried to pass as Shadowrun on the 360.

Well these days I won't do it for just any new Final Fantasy anymore, but I would absolutely buy a new system if need be to play the upcoming Versus XIII, and I will play whatever the almost-inevitable FFVII remake comes out on.

Timesplitters, it the only game with such power though, Battlefront 3 does come close.
