Uwe Boll's Postal. Sheer brilliance. Unlike his other movies. And btw: Iron Sky is not a "terrible movie", even if your dad hates it.

Plan 9 is good but Bride of the Monster is even better.

Battlefield Earth is also really fun to watch:

The Room. Words cannot properly convey its badness, you can only watch it for yourself.
Without a doubt, The Room gets my vote. It's my favorite comedy of all time, and it's not even a goddamn comedy!

Evil Dead 3: Army of Darkness.I swear Bruce Campbell used cheat codes in the film to reach that level of awesomeness
Yep, that's the movie I had in mind when I clicked on this thread. Bruce Campbell makes everything at least 20% better.

The Forrbidan Zone everyone needs to watch this it is craptacular. The best thing about it is that it was the first movie Danny Elfmsn did the score for and he also plays the devil in the movie. Some of the other highlights include: the topless princess, insane amounts of racism and anti semitism, liberal use of black face, and a parody of the three stougeses swinging the alphabet.

Absolutely this one: you can see the strings holding up the UFO, in one scene it shifts between day and night repeatedly (half was recorded on location and half in a studio), and a main character suddenly starts wearing an evil-looking cape in front of his face and speaking with a clearly different voice (as the actor had died). And that's just some of the hilarious stuff in this "sci-fi-horror" film. Or comedy, as it is more famous as...

Edit: just looked up Troll 2 on Wikipedia, as I love horrible/horribly funny films, and I was more or less sold just from this sentence: "The plot concerns a family pursued by vegetarian goblins who seek to transform them into plants so that they can eat them." Amazon, here I come...

Birdemic. I've only seen little snipettes of it and I know the budget was $10'000, but wow. So insanely dumb, but you can't look away.

Ninja: the mission force because of its self parody. Although, I don't know if it would be considered bad, though.

The Sherlock Holmes movie with the CGI dinosaurs it pretty fun to watch. Especially when you spend half the movie waiting for Robert Downey jr. to show up.

FATAL DEVIATION!

The worlds first(only?) Irish martial arts film.

Whole thing is up on youtube. I recommend being with friends and drunk and/or stoned while watching.

Not just painfully bad, like say, "The Last Airbender".
Awww I had so much fun tearing that movie apart though. Oh well.

Another one that comes to mind is the Dungeons & Dragons movie. It has a side-by-side comparison of overacting and underacting.

I just thought of another one; Street Fighter from 1994. Its entertainment value is dimensions away from that awful Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li, [footnote]I was hung over and my room-mate had bought it from a bin, ok?[/footnote] but I would never describe it as being a better quality film...
