Only 11 hours left. I'm waiting by the proverbial door with a calm demeanor and centered mind, moderately excited.

I'll be asleep, dreaming about waking up the next day to visit Witcher 3 discussions, and the inevitable arguments that come with the Witcher like maturity, sexuality, whether it's actually a good game or not.

Sleeping.

I get that The Witcher 3 is a big game release but to me it's just another open world sandbox/exploration game. Dragon Age: Inquisition proved to me that this formula has become stale to me. You might call it the new 'zombies' trend of AAA-gaming.

For what it's worth, I'd be sleeping even if it was a game I was hugely hyped for simply because I'd rather just play it in the morning with a fresh mindset rather than ruin my sleep schedule. I'm boringly practical that way. Or just boring all around :p

I will be playing Inquisition in 11 hours from now, and prepping to go to a Field Day with my god daughter tomorrow. Also anxiously awaiting the next episode of Life is Strange tomorrow!! *claps happily*

...what? Oh, this is a Witcher thread? Oh, fuck that game.

I'll be playing Guilty gear xrd, learning how to play sol. I gave him a whirl yesterday, and everyone makes him look so easy, i had trouble moving with him. I main elphelt, her buttons and movement is so much better.

As for the witcher, well i have no interest. I'll maybe pick it up when it's cheap. Maybe.

In eleven hours I'll either be doing stuff on my laptop or playing Wolfenstien: The New Order. I don't have a lot of interest in the Witcher 3.

Asleep, then study once I wake up and do some archery practice in the evening to clear my head. Then probably study after that. Because exam time is nearing and this paper I'm currently working on is swallowing up way too much time.

The Witcher 3 is pretty much down at the bottom of my priority list. I haven't even finished The Witcher 2, or the first for that matter. I might at one point, I liked 2 enough. But somehow I never really found the time for it. Until then The Witcher 3 won't even be nearly in my sights. Not to mention that I doubt that my PC can properly handle 3.
You haven't finished TW2? You put the Witcher 3 at the bottom of your priority list?

But that's... that's...

I'll be on my way out the door to meet up with my friend that I haven't seen in 3 years. He's in Japan for a few months while classes are out, and I'm really looking forward to hanging out again. Then we'll meet up with some of my other friends for dinner, and then I'll go home and probably read another route in Tsukihime.

I have The Witcher 1 & 2, but I couldn't get into the gameplay of the first one, so I'm not invested.

It's 03:00 here in 9 hours so I'll be asleep :p
Haven't played any of the Witcher games, the third one seems interesting but I don't have anything to play it on so I won't be getting that one either :(

I just picked up the Mass Effect trilogy for 5 bucks on the PS3, so I'll be going through Mass Effect 1 for the first time since it first came out.
Still being "last-gen" is awesome!

I'll probably be partaking in a heist with my clan in GTA:O.

Why, is something going on that I should be aware of?

Having a nap. Then reading more books. I'm taking some courses online over the summer, plus I'm working. My gaming time is a bit limited for now, and Witcher 3 looks like a huge time sink.

I'll be at work.

Earning money that gets immediately put aside and cannot be used to buy things like The Witcher 3.

As the topic title asks, what will you be doing in 9 hours?

This might seem like a typical question with individual answers, but that is not the case. This is one of the rare occassions where a confluence of fate and divinity creates a right and wrong answer.

So, what will you be doing then, and how have you planned? Have you pre-loaded? Have you called in pre-sick?

(Hint)
Sleeping.

Oh, there's a big important release tonight? What is it? The Witcher III? What? I thought you said it was a big important release. Ba-dum-tish!

In all seriousness, this is a fun little anticipation thread, and please don't take my joke for anything other that the good-natured ribbing that I was going for, but I truly couldn't care less about The Witcher III.

It's funny that the first game practically was a huge B-production RPG with a lot of flaws, and the 3rd game suddenly is one of the most hyped AAA games this year.

Anyways, I'm bored right now. I'm just waiting, but it still is soooo long away.

That's an oddly specific question...

And... Knowing what my life is like, I'll be sleeping.
Because... It's what I do with my life... >_>

Is this thread nine hours starting from this post or nine hours starting from the OP's post?

Either way, it doesn't involve The Witcher 3 as I'm both cramming for exams and seeing the prince of Wales over the next few days.
No, really, he's coming to sligo and my college, it's kinda cool [http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/prince-charles/11611287/Security-stepped-up-for-Prince-Charles-visit-to-Ireland.html]
