Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) by Beyonce

If it makes it any better, I am a girl so maybe that won't make it seem so weird. xD

Currently near the end of an album of songs I made. I distributed it to my friends, I like it and they do, but not for public release. My friend Nathan's upcoming band might cover a song, though...

YOU WILL BOW TO MY MUSIC!

Seriously though, catch me in 20 mins and I will be listening to:

Disturbed - Land of Confusion

Now, by Threat Signal.
Dude, you get exactly one metric fuckton of cookies. Threat Signal is awesome.
They're my favorite, I'm seeing them live in February :D
I have never heard of them before now. Listening to that song, I'd say they're pretty damn good. I am running them through a few friends for approval, but I shall definitely get an album (or two) =D.

Thanks by the way...me and my friend Nathan have a habit of cultivating and listening to new bands we find 'till we lost interest, or they become another band we'd listen to if we passed it on the iPod. As a result, we are always looking for good new music.

This method of music-searching got me into Disturbed, Lordi, Wolf, Rob Zombie, Tool, Turisas and many others.

Not to say that once we have listened to a band loads, it suddenly becomes a backwater band while anything new is amazing - I listen to pretty much all of my 2500 tracks, whether it through shuffle, selection or passing.

Nakanaide, by Stereopony

Stereopony is a Japanese band that has some awesome music. I have them in an iTunes playlist along with some of my favorite anime themes and video game soundtracks, and that list makes up most of my listening. Good stuff.

The Dresden Files episode 3, Hair of the Dog. So that would listening and watching.

The series is shaping up to be pretty good, important plot elements (Murphy's trust issues with Harry, for example) woven, skilfully at that, in completely new storylines. And that's a good thing, just rehashing the books would've been meeh, I like new content.

But I still have my doubts about the actor playing Harry's character, and I hate the fact that he A) lacks a duster, and B) drives a Jeep instead of his iconic 'Blue' Beetle. Some details are important you know. And Susan better show up quickly, Harry ain't single dammit!
