Nothing right this minute, but I was about to put iTunes on. About a minute ago the TV was on, but since no-one else was in the room and I'm on my laptop, I switched it off. It was showing QI XL on BBC2.

Right, now, the first track that I'm listening to tonight is...

Well, whatdoyaknow? It's Muse, Knights of Cydonia :D

Split Enz - History Never Repeats.

I felt like some classic Rock.
I love you. I didn't think people still listened to them.

OT, Underwhelmed by Sloan.

I know this has been done before, but I've had a bit of...I dunno, cosmic garbage, maybe, smack me in the head and I realized that I listen to different stuff at different times of the day. Case in point: It's one thirty in the morning here, the kid is in bed and the wife is in the other room. I'm sitting in the computer room, "internetting" and listening to Strapping Young Lad as loudly as I can get away with, but tomorrow morning when I'm back in family man mode again, I'll be lucky if I can manage some Sublime. So, fellow Escapists, be it the dead middle of night, the harsh light of day, or the winter of your discontent, what's it sound like in there?

Strapping Young Lad - City - All Hail the New Flesh
Strappind Young Lad fucking rules. City is a phenomenal album.

Your friend has good taste. They are pretty hard to get into, but that album never really gets old for me.

Right now I'm listening to A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step - The Package
