Currently I'm switching between Dragon's Dogma, XCOM 2, Disgaea PC (I'm one of the lucky ones that don't have any issues) and Disgaea 5. The last game I finished was Grim Dawn. And by finish, I mean I just about drowned the last boss with my broken corpses, but I got there eventually.

not much at the moment. just still playing smash competitively, i've almost beat Xenoblade Chronicles X's story but i've come to a halt temporarily on that as the grinding tired me out, otherwise just random shit at this gaming bar i go to like Rocket league, Rockband, Gangbeasts and Starwhals.

otherwise just waiting for Pokken Tournament to come out next month.

PS: why have all you Gametrailers people followed me here OP? i thought you guys hated me, and now you seem to be all flocking over here...

Currently playing through Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright. Been pretty good so far. Made a thread about it. My character's son reminds me of my irl little brother (who is actually young enough to be my son), which is kind of funny but also annoying.

Been playing FFXIV with my fiancee and co-workers a lot too. Currently powering through the pre-Heavensward content patches. The main story really does gate too much in that game, but whatever. The dungeons are a blast.

Last game I beat?

Bloodborne, I think? It was my 5th or 6th playthrough.

Playing Fallout: New Vegas at the moment. It's a bloody good game, if you're into big open world RPG type things. I like how there isn't really a main quest, as I thought that was easily the weakest part of Fallout 3. I also appreciate how many different ways there are of solving your problems. There's usually a diplomacy option, so you don't have to go around killing people all the time.

My only complaint is the way the mountain ranges are set up to force you along specific paths in the overworld. There's a few places you can only get to by one specific path which can be hard to find if you're following a waypoint which just points straight at it.

Last game I beat was symphony of the night which was bloody brilliant from start to finish and everyone should go and play it.

I finally just sat down and platinum trophied MGSV which I am really happy about. I have a history of having that trophy being taken from me by a technicality with those games.

I just got Star Wars Battlefront for my birthday from my parents so I have been playing that a bit. I got to be honest I hate the game in some ways though. I love to snipe and you really can't in that game. Plus since you always shoot lasers there is a delay in the shot so I always end up shooting where the enemy was and missing. I will get the hang of that game eventually dammit!!!!!

I have become obsess with Little Battle Experience on the 3DS.

It kinda like the new Custom Robo (sorta like Pokemon but with toy mechs) for me but with better mechs.

Ok sure the game is not perfect due to its shoddy interface (doesn't show the full detail of a weapon until you buy it, the index is horrid as it doesn't show which frame types that lbx is and you have to adjust party member one at a time especially when you want to adjust several of them at a time).

While I have beaten the story but I become invested in the tournament in the post game and I also working on my party "ideal" lbx meaning farming the match over and over just to get the right lbx parts!

Oh yeah I am still playing GW2 but at this point I am asking myself, why I still playing it.

Currently playing Dragons Dogma, which has pretty fun combat and good atmosphere ... although sometimes the atmosphere is pretty depressing, especially if it has a dark sky, so I don't play it all the time.

Blade and Soul. It's pretty cheesy, pretty buggy, but still kind of fun for some reason, having a fighting-style-like combat system.
I freaking loved the atmosphere of Dragon's Dogma, especially the dark forest.
And the enemies were done really well, it felt different to fight wolves, or harpies, or goblins, or humans. They don't all just run at you blindly like some other games

OT: I am playing Dragon Age II for the first time. The combat really sucks, it wouldn't be so bad if the enemies weren't bullet sponges, and if more enemies didn't drop from the ceiling every single time I kill the first group. What the hell is their plan there? "We split into two groups, half will fight Hawke, and the other half will wait in the rafters. And they will only attack once Hawke murdered the entire first group." It's the very definition of tedium.

I don't play Dragon Age games for the combat, though, so I actually love the game. The story is top notch, though a bit Unfocused , and all the characters feel real. I'm playing as a sarcastic pissed off Hawke and the voice actress just nails that character

On Tuesday (23rd Feb) I finished playing Half-Life: Source. It was the first time I beat Half-Life but I feel like my overall opinion of Half-life may be a bit skewed considering I played the buggily-amazing Source version instead of the original or Black Mesa. That final boss was an ass though but again, Source engine made it so that Helicopters and the final boss (whose name I don't remember) seemed to have tiny, fussy hit-boxes. I also beat Pony Island which I thought was absolutely excellent and that's all I'm going to say.

Other than those two I'm currently playing through Final Fantasy IV on the DS, Sword of Mana on the GBA (which I only just started) and, The Punisher on the PS2. I'm also waiting for my copies of The Devil's Third (Wii U) and the Mega Man Legacy Collection (3DS) to come in the mail.

In Final Fantasy IV I only just made it to The Moon which is kicking my ass despite the fact that I recently mopped the floor with Odin, Leviathan and, Asura. I need to pay a visit to Namingway...Hummingway...Anyway, despite the difficulty spikes in this version and the continued rarity of item-drops (granted it only took me a half hour to get a Rainbow Pudding), I would consider this the definitive version of Final Fantasy IV.

Sword of Mana is the GBA remake of Final Fantasy Adventure on the Gameboy. I like the new, updated art style and I like how the plot it gives you brings about context that the original game was sorely lacking (especially if you, like me, don't have the FFA manual which is probably where the plot blurb is). I miss the cold opening and I miss being able to save wherever I want but the gameplay so far is pretty impressive.

The Punisher on the PS2 is a classic and a game I've always really liked. I'm currently at Pier 52 (I think that's the level name, the last level I beat centered around killing Mama Gnucci and Bushwhacker). What I didn't realize when I was younger though is that this game can easily become a cover-based shooter based on how often you grab up a Goon. It's censored a bit but it's still a pretty violent experience. I really enjoyed this game when I was younger and to this day, I still have fun playing...even if I can't quite get those gold medals.

Last game I beat was Ori and the Blind Forest and I'm sorta' in a gaming hangover right now. Everything seems shitty compared to what a delightful, energetic and for me emotional game it was.

I need a complete change of pace! Something to get me out of this dark slump and back into the joys of gaming! I'm gonna pick a random word from a random page from the nearest book(circa Lets Drown Out) and play a game somehow related to that one!

Criminal! My word is Criminal!

Well I never beat Condemned: Criminal Origins...

Last game I beat? Dying Light: The Following. Had immense fun with it playing with a friend.

What am I currently playing? Well, I'm waiting for SuperHot to come out today, so I'm switching between matches of Rocket League, and a game called Trulon: The Shadow Engine for review. I'm debating on playing Far Cry 2 again for some reason. Always was my favorite game of the series.

I WAS playing Half Life with the Sven Co-op mod, but my brother is deciding to be a **** and not respond to my asking if he wants to play anymore. He thinks it's funny to just stare at me with a shit eating grin on his face not saying anything when I ask him a question. It was funny the first 12 times. I think this is how serial killers are made...

Recently beat Wolfenstein: The New Order. Quite an awesome ride, most like an action movie I've personally played, but I actually cared a little when usually I could care less in a FPS.

Before that, leveled a new seasonal (5) hardcore wizard to 70 in Diablo III and completed the seasonal quests up to the point to get the pet, but am 2 minutes too slow for mastery and quit. Still my strongest D3 character and I love the rush of playing hardcore as non-HC D3 isn't fun for me after leveling every class to 70.

Before that, finished Fallout 4 on PC after 2 months, got 100% achievements, now back to 91% with the DLC achievements for content not out yet...

In between games now, played some co-op StarCraft 2, achievement hunting in Orcs Must Die, Mega Man Legacy Collection challenges (PC) and Geometry Wars 3 in the past few days. Maybe I'll finish my playthrough of Bayonetta 1 on the way to 2 on Wii U.

I've been playing through Shadowrun: Dragonfall to record for an LP. It's been about two months and I'm almost finished! I'm in the final mission now, and bugs aside (which were all captured on video, of course) I've really been enjoying the game. I'm excited to play Hong Kong after, though I hope it won't give me the same issues. It's a lot more fun than Shadowrun Returns was to actually play, though, which is good because it's also a lot longer. I think I probably preferred the writing in Returns; there are a lot of little things that just seem all too stiff about the dialogue in Dragonfall, and it tends to stifle the 'voice' of whatever character happens to be speaking. Still enjoyable, just with a few more noticeable holes.

The last game I beat was probably Dex, which I also recorded and was another cyberpunk RPG. That one was kinda mirrored against Shadowrun; the gameplay was more flawed than the writing. Very nice '80s-cyberpunk inspired world, I'd love to see it expanded someday.

Yeah man, I totally get that critique. Say what you want about RE4 (I know you will lol), but at least it controls like an absolute dream. The snap, crackle, and pop in the guns, movement, and hit detection exists on another universe from Evil Within. There are still a ton of Mikami-esque design elements that kept me playing through Evil Within but the controls are an endless source of frustration. I made it to that first daytime stage where the enemies keep pouring into the windows and I had to put it down. Fighting not only an endless stream of enemies, but the controls and camera as well just felt like too much of a chore.

I'm playing GTA V, DCU Online, The Crew, and Rebuild 3. I last beat The Crew, and am currently working on getting better cars/gear for MP.

Pros and cons? I've done GTA before, but....

DCU Online:
+Free.
+My friends will play.
+Superheroes!
-a lot of the creation options look plain awful, and that's on top of my issues with attire choices.
-game seems to lag pretty bad. As the designated healer, it's annoying to see my friends' health bars at full when trying to figure out who just said they needed healing, only to see they're all already dead.
-Not enough Booster Gold.

Rebuild 3:
+Massive improvement over prior games.
-ummm...chows down my tablet's battery?

The Crew:
+novelty of driving coat to coast, the distinct regions look distinct.
+You can beat the game solo with a starter car.
+lots of races, skills, etc.
+quite a bit of fun playing in a crew.
-really terrible game balance. While the game is beatable with a starter car, the game can outrun you even if you have triple the recommended specs.
-The story mode. Like, all of it.
-"Hey, Amy, we know you just spent two hours upgrading your car so it would have the best possible gear, but we want you to get into this really terrible vehicle to do some timed segment because reasons. That's right, sometimes we explain it, but often we really don't. Hope you don't mind."
-map size. It's cool at first, but there's little to justify it.
