Portal: The only drawback was how short it was, and with the coming sequal that will soon be remeidied.

Jak II: A shining star of the Jak and Daxter tirlogy with excellent story and varied gameplay making up for the cartoony look, though I honestly don't mind it either. Some may mark Jak 3 the winner, but it loses points with me for a haphazard forth wall break, some odd story changes (romance plot getting mussed up) and parts of the story failing to pull me in.

Banjo Kazooie: Classic. Just Classic.

I have a lot of games that I love, but these are certainly big in my book.

Perfect? None.

Games that I'd round up to a 10/10: (roughly 96-99 on a hundred point scale)

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time...no need to elaborate on that one.

Metroid Prime (so far, anyway. I've just started it, but besides a few small problems with the tutorial, I haven't found any problems with it. Playing the Wii version incase anyone's wondering...)

Left 4 Dead (biggest issue is the freaking survivor AI--it somehow manages to screw me over no matter which side I'm playing in versus...but, still--rounding)

Portal. Kind of short, took me a while to think of "portaling" a missle into the cube tube (The tubes are destructable...the ONE thing they forgot to cover in the tutorial).

Minecraft. Not much in the area of actual goals, but you can make your own. Besides, it's neat to see a game made almost entirely out of a customizable/destructable environment.

Morrowind. Crappy combat, but a helpful glitch fixed that right up (go to Balmora, get that sword from the kitty's shop, summon sword that buffs sword stat, swap weapons and the game keeps the stat boost permantly. Long Sword skill of over 1000 within the first few minutes :D). The amount of detail is amazing...houses are cluttered, cultures in conflict, ect.

Chrono Trigger. I honestly don't have a complaint...but I'm sure someone can think of a minor flaw. And while I'm listing SNES, which is home to several games that I have no complaints for....

Super Mario World (one giant world map, so many secrets in the levels, a secret world, a second secret world unlocked for finishing the secret world, and yoshi? Awesome)

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Gameplay from Zelda 1...just bigger and better...with two worlds, towns, and some great boss fights)

Super Metroid (hard to elaborate on this one, since this is the earliest Metroid I've played. Seems to be, like Mario World and LttP, the perfection of the original formula and gameplay).

Portal. There are many great games, but Portal is probably the only game I haven't found a flaw in (except perhaps the replay value, but that's a given with all puzzle games).

Kingdom Hearts 2 and Mass Effect 2. Love 'em both but I don't think any of them could be completely perfect. But I'd rate them as a 10/10

To me the 10/10 games I've played would have to be Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. I won BOTH of them for original N64, gold cased, and i still play both of them :D.
Also, Portal is freaking EPIC and i also love the crap outta InFamous. I wouldn't give infamous 10/10 but id definitely give it a 9.5/10, only because of the fact that it has glitches here and there. lol Also Golden Sun for GBA, still play it, still love it.

Hmm... Mass Effect 2 and Knights of the Old Republic.

MAYBE Mass Effect 1. I love the game to pieces but my crappy laptop prevents me from fully enjoying it. Luckily I'm building a new desktop this summer.

Don't have any 10/10 games but Psychonauts is pretty close for me, could be higher if the last level wasn't so ridiculously hard.

10 out of 10 doesn't mean it's perfect.
Huh?

100% does not mean it is perfect?

My head hurts... :(

P.S. Arkham Asylum (Xbox 360 version, i have PS3 version too but too doesn't look as good).

Shadow of the Colossus (PS2), great graphics, gameplay, subtle story and etheral soundtrack.

GoldenEye (N64) badass campaign and multiplayer, tonnes of fun.

For the systems they performed on and what they delivered, definitely 10/10.

Morrowind was one of the best RPG's I've played, but a few things in it sadly won't allow it on the list (i.e. cliffracers).

Hmmm a decent question. In this order:

Mass Effect 2
KOTOR 1
Uncharted 2 is close
God of War 3 is even closer

In my personal opinion no game on the planet can ever be 10/10 (with the definite exception of Mass Effect 2 because that game is the absolute shit.) But these make it close (again ME2 fucking rocks)

I have about nine 9/10 and a lot that are 8/10, but only two that are 10/10 -

Robotron 2084 (Arcade)
Command & Conquer (PC)

To me those two games achieved perfectly what they set out to do. And they're still fun to play today (But not on emulators, you have to play the real thing).
