I have an English accent, but it's not the sexy kind, it's the posh and irritating kind. My top three would probably be:

1. English (the better kind)
2. Russian
3. French

I live in Australia, and I can't stand the Australian accent when it's too thick. I also can't take anybody with a South-African or New Zealand accent seriously.

Man I was once hugely attracted to this english girl who was at my Tafe, mostly though because she was so cool but the accent helped.
I also find Spanish, French and Italian accents on women to be very sexy and elegant.

OP: I agree that the stereotypical British accent is sexy however accents like the Birmingham, black country and such accents are horrible.
