Czardas, specially the Nigel Kennedy version.
Toccatta and Fugue in D Minor.
The Piano, played by... er... Michael Nyman.

For something less Classical: Korpiklaani's Shall We Take a Turn, and The Young Dubliner's Bodhran.

Anesthesia (Pulling teeth) by Metallica. Or more like the dead bassist Cliff Burton. Amazing bass solo. Beats all instrumentals I can think of.
Ahh.. I don't know if a butt load of distortion and the minor pentatonic scale makes it that amazing..
AGH! How can I possibly get ninja'd over something so specific!
I'll be watching you closely.

Ride of the Valkaries the one done by Budapest Symphony orchestra, triumphant classical
Spitting out the demons by Gorillaz, it is MOSTLY instrumental with a bit of vocals, funky and smooth
Favourite things by Outkast very fast and jazzy,
68 state by Gorillaz upbeat and electronic.

Edit: Oh and Dragon Roost island theme from Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Actually, all Zelda music is pretty great.

Its either Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell or Any Other Name by Thomas Newman
Lux Aeterna was Mozart, you fool. No offence by the fool comment, but honestly, it's probably the most famous piece of classical music in the world and yet people always get either the name wrong (Requiem for a Dream, although it is actually Lux Aeterna), or they get the composer wrong. It's Mozart, although there have been various other mixes and so on (Requiem for a Tower, anyone?).

As I said, no offence, but as a fan of that particular piece I do get a bit worked up (irrational, I know) when people get it wrong. Sorry.

Anyway, moving on, my favourite music as I mentioned includes Lux Aeterna. I'm also a huge fan of Final Fantasy, so anything from Nobuo Uematsu is an instant love of mine. I do also enjoy creating music videos, accessible through my Youtube account or on my profile here, so any of the music from those is stuff I love (hence the usage in my videos). Another passion is now the Four Seasons, by Vivaldi, which is also my next video project... more news on that as and when I complete each video.

EDIT: Okay, sorry to Quantum Roberts, I looked it up and indeed it was Clint Mansell who did the song for Requiem for a Dream. It was simply based on Mozart's Requiem which used the Lux Aeterna chant used in Mass as part of it's composition. Apologies for any confusion.

Post-rock: Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Explosions In The Sky, 65daysofstatic,
Ambient: William Basinski, Gas, Natural Snow Buildings.
Krautrock bands like Faust also pour out the good stuff. Squarepusher, Ratatat, and Sunn O))) are all great instrumentalists as well.

I adore Dream Theaters Dance of Eternity and there are a lot of Trance songs that I dig as well!
Well I like the way it sounds. And it's also not too long, for example Orion bores me a bit at the end.

But Dance of Eternity is awesome too. Dream Theater is amazing in a musical way, the instrumental sections of Count of Tuscany are amazing.

Not to get too classical but... Beethoven-Fur Elise and Mozart-Requiem
Ain't no such thing as too classical.

Mahler and Prokofiev for me. I'm rather overfond of Godspeed You! Black Emperor, too.

I really like Explosions in the Sky. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0o8JCxjjpM] Their stuff is just great. CKY's instrumental songs like this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShA3rkfg6Fs] are good as well.
