I hate to be the guy who's so nerdy he actually knows this, but the original Dawn of the Dead was released in 1978. You're probably thinking of Day of the Dead, which I believe was released in 83. Give me a bit of a break though, I wrote a whole essay over Dawn of the Dead in my college Composition class, so I oughta know a bit about it.One last embrace said:I can see thatExplosionProofTaco said:28 Days later

Dawn of the Dead
I'm a real zombie enthusiast.
But which Dawn of the Dead are you referring to ? 1983 Romero's, or the recent one ?
You should watch Tom Savini's version of The Night of the Living Dead (1990), it almost manages to be better than Romero's original one (him again)....well, not completely, but it's still great for a remake.
Because you like movies with EPIC names.Napalm_Man said:1. The Blues Brothers
2. The Boondock Saints
3. The Godfather
hmmm strange how all of my favorite movies begin with 'The'
See? it was quite easy to decide, after allConanTheKing said:How can one even decide such a thing?
From the thousands of films of varying genres and styles to try and now the list of your fave films to just three is quite a challenge and one that I find impossible.
But, I will say that the top three films on my mind recently are
1. Amélie
2. Downfall
3. Hmmm.....would have to say Rambo, any of them.
I can't urge people to watch this film strongly enough. It's intelligent, emotive and beautiful. It's criminal that Max Ophuls isn't as famous as Hitchcock, Kubrick, Ford, Lean, et al.One last embrace said:Oh my god, I can't believe you mentioned that film, it's one of my favourites as well <3 !haruvister said:Letter from an Unknown Woman (Max Ophuls, 1948)
