Modern Warfare multiplayer with 2 primary weapons with grenade launchers and martyrdom was the most fun I have ever had on an online multiplayer game. Because any game that allows me to be what I truly am, a gigantic annoying noob-tubing martyring piece of garbage, will always have a friend in me. I still miss the pure, unadulterated vitriol that used to come my way after every match.
I think I love you. My most played class was one man army with noobtube. The hate that comes your way after every match makes every game worth playing.

OT: My personal hate of gaming? Half-Life.

Its ok, but christ, it was boring.

1. Call of Duty and Halo are the the most overrated franchises of all time.
2. Dante's Inferno, while a God of War knockoff, is a good game.
3. Tim Schaefer is not a genius.
4. I still like Tomb Raider.
5. Final Fantasy XIII doesn't suck.

1. I like Pokemon Colosseum.
2. The Wii is not a kiddy system.
3. COD is overrated, and I blame the internet whenever I see a troll compare COD to any other FPS that is either in the same or totally different setting.
4. Brink wasn't a good game.
5. I'm not against paying for online if you buy used games because I buy mine brand new.
6. I like having DLC on games because it add more to whatever game it goes to (Skate , LittleBigPlanet, Motorstorm).
AND 7. I'm starting to hate Street Fighter, let alone Cacpom, the more I see rereleases of the same game. I don't play a lot of SF, but it's 2011 and they're still doing this rerelease crap.

I hate Devil May Cry with every fiber of my being.

I don't think a game being "brown" is a legitimate reason to not like it. If anything, use it as a minor gripe to add on to real reasons to not like it.

I thought Bulletstorm was fun, and thought the crude humor added to the experience. I didn't rent it wanting some kind of religious experience. I rented it because I wanted to kill a lot of stuff in inventive ways. Mission accomplished.

I don't hate the two weapon system. Don't get me wrong, if you want to give me a whole bunch of weapons that I can inexplicably pull out of nowhere, a la the old shooters, awesome. However, telling me I can only carry two weapons, to me, is like saying "There won't be aliens in this game." I like killing aliens, but a game not letting me do that isn't going to wreck my day.

When playing through it, it felt more linear even. Along with all the mountains and the place where the ermm... one guys were... I don't remember there name but you could talk them into leaving... those places really only had one way to get into them. And with some of the creatures and how strong they were, you pretty much had to follow a certain path at the beginning. Fallout 3, almost everywhere had many ways to get into it... you didn't have to follow the edge of a cliff for a mile to find a way up it...
So you're only referring to exploration, correct?

I have no idea what you're talking about when you mention one guy, however, when talking about creatures it is actually a god thing because the reason for it is that NV didn't have the crappy scaling system from Oblivion and F3, the enemies were all mostly set, and it wasn't impossible, you coudl sneak past or just take a detour or just kill them with skill and luck.
Well, exploration in terms of linear and less open, yes. Did seem kinda empty, too. But the whole game felt a bit more bland to me, and like I said, especially the ending...

I took the side of the U.. uhh... actually, I forgot the name of them... the bear flag people who already had the dam? Anyway, fighting through the dam seemed really copy/pasted (maybe be realistic of a dam though).

I had the "help" of the Brotherhood of Steel, which seemed to only end up being "we are getting support from unknown soldiers" on the radio (only noticed that because of one of the Wild Wasteland things that I read about on the internet).

Help of the Boomers was nothing more than them bombing the dam, making it a bit firey and I guess I heard it reduces the number of enemies that come, too? I dunno. It was still just enemies respawning and following a simple waypoint path along the dam until the player hits a certain spot (or the next screen).

In Fallout 3 you at least got to follow Liberty Prime and saw it destroy everything on your way to the Jefferson Memorial. The New Vegas ending was just... boring... but anyway, that's just my opinion...

Think of anything. Literally, any concept or object. Within 5 minutes you will be able to build enough of a committee out of the people around you that it can and will be simultaneously overrated and underrated.

First Person shooters are the most samey, boring, artistically dull, least visual stimulating games in the MF'n world.

1. The silent protagonist is a good video game storytelling device and developers are doing the medium a disservice by phasing it out. (I'm looking at you Bioshock Infinite!)

2. Final Fantasy IX was one of the best in the series and it was loads better than Final Fantasy VIII.

3. Chrono Cross was one of the most interesting, innovative, and immersive RPGs ever made.

4. The move from hard copies to digital distribution is a bad thing and we gamers should resist the change.

1. I loved Mass Effect one (Yes, even the combat, and endless customization options.)

2. I thought Fable wasn't too bad. 7/10

3. KotOR II: TSL was very well done. It just wasn't FINISHED. That's the problem.

4. The FPS genre died long ago.

5. I like COD. But only up to number 3. (They should've just started a new franchise, because COD used to be all about historical battles, not multiplayer.)

6. Graphics don't mean shit, if the story is great.

7. Multiplayer doesn't mean shit. (And yes, I have XBOX LIVE. I still think multiplayer should be the last thing on Game Dev's minds.)

8. JRPGs are for hipster douche-bags, and actual Japanese people (No offense to Japanese people. I love you guys!).

9. Western RPGs are usually pretty fantastic.

10. Minecraft DOES get boring. It's inevitable. (I hate the fanboys ruining the Yogscast channel on YouTube.)

1- EA own good producers but can't make anything work by themeselves.

2- Pokemon started off great and got better until Black and White came out and ruined verything (still havn't bothered to finsih that annoying edition to the series)

3- The quality of most games now (story + fun) is worse than 5 years ago.

4- Bethesda, Bioware and Rockstar can all bugger off.

5- Sonic was bad before Adventure and Adventure 2 was a far superior game.
