Physically? Eyes, hair and facial structure. Green, red, and cute, respectively. A good figure isn't something I'd complain about, either.

Mentally? A decent amount of intelligence, similar interests (mainly in the geek/travel/romance/fuzzy dept.), and a level of tomboyish independence that doesn't go into ***** levels. I prefer my girls to be free-spirited and geeky but still have some actual girl in them. Bookishness garners bonus points, but isn't necessary.

But generally what a lot of people have been saying; the proportions need to match up. And having average to above average sized breasts helps. And nice, long legs.
