Also saw Guns N Roses at reading, but they were terrible, as was most of that festival. Also got trapped in the fecking Paramore crowd for ages but i wouldn't call that 'saw' so much as 'tried to escape from.
I saw them at Leed's a good few years ago, they had "Bucket-Head" as their guitarist at the time. Just woeful.
I'm surprised at that, Buckethead is a ridiculously good guitarist ^ ^ probably my favourite one after Tosin Abasi. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTsi3g5s-zs&feature=related
or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjzLyIZNa58 - just a couple from the top of my head, but he has about 20 albums and all of em are bloody good.

Honestly, the band was on form at Reading but Axl wasn't. He's the only original member left and he was the one ruining the songs. Also they got onstage an hour late...

lessee...

Ant 'n' Dec (back when they actually sang and weren't just presenters)
Linkin' Park (back when they were good...)
Nightwish (before Tarja left)
Alice Cooper, which had Motorhead opening for them... so 2-for-1, that was awesome :D
If you count it, I've been to see Jeff Wayne's stage production of War of the Worlds, twice

I'm gagging to go see Symphony X live...

Other than that, I'm not really much of a music gig person. My boyfriend works as a freelance lighting crew member, so if he ever works on a show nearby, I'll probably get to go see that :D

What did you do go to Warped Tour?

OT: I went to Warped Tour a couple of weeks ago and that is the only concert I've ever been to. I saw A Day to Remember, August Burns Red, We Came As Romans, I Set My Friends On Fire, Asking Alexandria, The Devil Wears Prada, and Drugs.
Warped Tour boosted up the bands I've seen massively, but I've seen most of the bands I've mentioned outside Warped as well. I didn't get a chance to catch I Set My Friends on Fire and Drugs wasn't playing on my date (I really really wanted to see them :()
Drugs was really good and I Set My Friends On Fire was hilarious as always.
Nice. I didn't watch ISMFOF because The Word Alive was playing at the same time and they're one of my favorites :)
I don't really listen to The Word Alive very much. I have one song by them and thats because I bought Punk Goes Pop vol. 3. They covered Hot and Cold by Katy Perry, it was good though.
Woe, Is Me covered Hot n Cold :p. The Word Alive did Heartless. When I watched Miss May I they played their cover of Swing, it was great.

I wouldn't say the "just woeful" was directed at "Bucket-Head", but as the year escaped me it was easier to point out which guitarist they had at the time as a frame of reference. Axl was also late, berated festival staff as he was told his set would have to be cut short and went on to debase the majority of his bands hit's.

Oh, my bad. I get those two bands mixed up a lot. Heartless was good too.

I had not heard Miss May I's cover of swing until now. It is a little weird to hear screaming in that song but that goes for pretty much all of the songs on Punk Goes Pop.

I see a lot of local bands. Big international bands don't really come to NZ that much and when they do not to my town. Last big act I saw live was The Who, that was in 2009. Seeing the Foo Fighters in December.

By the looks of OP's list that's mostly indie, underground shit by the complexity and initials (All first letters matching for example.)

I've seen a few big ones. Not many though. Aerosmith namely.

Iggy Pop and The Stooges
Morrissey (greatest night of my life, held my girlfriend through the whole thing and danced for hours)
Kaiser Chiefs
The Zutons
Jimmy Carr (British comedian for those who don't know)
Mundo Jazz (see above, but musical comedians, very funny)
Feeder
Kristeen Young (supporting Morrissey, one strange girl)

Iggy Pop was more than surreal, saw him about a month ago - spat on himself all night and had most of the audience get on stage with him and share vodkas.
