Well, dragons have armor reducing flame buffets, so it's important to have two tanks so that you can give one time to let the debuff wear off while the other one holds aggro. Outside of that, just hold it, keep heals up, and dps it down. It's not very hard, but sometimes you also have to handle groups of whelps. If this is the case, an additional tank can be a big help.
