What beats a dragon?

Gotrek Gurnisson, slayer of trolls, skaven, daemons, giants, beasts, orcs, elves and dragons.

Well Gotrek is arguably a godling at least in the novels where is is far tougher than in the wargame. He has an Axe which is one of two weapons forged by the dwarf god, and which has been physically transforming him. Even so when it came to Dragons and major demons he had backup from his human partner Felix who just happens to carry a sword of Dragon Slaying, that helped just a little in the book I read where he fought one.

Attack it twice, then move south.
Attack it once, then move south.
Attack it once then move west (into the ice room)
It will see its own reflection, blow fire at it and it will melt the ice.
This will engulf the dragon, defeating it and allowing you to pass through to both the Dragon's Lair and the Lava Room.

Since no one has got this yet, maybe a few hints are in order:

You begin the game with a lamp and an Elvish Sword that glows blue when near danger.
If you wander around in the dark, you are likely to be eaten by a grue.

Zork is probably a bit too dated for this crowd. From experience I know not too many people seemed to play games on the C-64 or other early computers, or at least not here. Most first gaming experiences in polls coming from systems like the NES or SNES. To find fans of old text adventures and such in any numbers you'd probably have to look towards abandonware sites and the like.

OT: Pretty sure a phoenix wins and OP is wrong. Other than that, probably an interstellar sparkle dragon. They're the strongest.

Well I always thought that a dragon was closest to the pokemon Charizard or Dragonite, so I'd recommend a Blastoise and use either hydro pump or ice beam.
