Does that include sniping, for example on BFBC2. Be cause I often snipe the way you are supposed to snipe: setting up at a viewpoint for a few mins, then moving to the next one.ProfessorLayton said:Also, I know this sounds lame but camping. I can understand hanging back and waiting for the other team to rush, sure. But sitting above a stairwell the entire round just waiting for people to enter? And not leaving after you get a kill? I've seen people camp the same spot every round. I've seen people camp from their own spawn round after round. That's not cool.

People who stick up for girls in online games, they know what to expect, and i'm pretty sure they don't want people like you "protecting" them. Jesus christ.
Why don't you stick up for guys?
Merry christmas!!![]()
If you are, you are indeed one of the idiotic person I will meet on XBL. Thanks for confirming my statement. I do stick it for the girls because 99% they are the victim of child/teenage boys injected with hormones into their system, thinking they are a man when harrassing a lady in the game. If you want to have a anti-female culture/atmosphere to gaming as a whole, get your heads checked. The more woman game, the better is our credibility as an industry/medium.
If you are NOT however, everything above is invalid. I hope to God you are not.
No, I'm talking games like Counter-Strike: Source. If you've played it, you'll know what I mean when I say that when people camp the vents is cs_assault, it's really annoying. I saw one guy in the same exact spot 3 different rounds and he wouldn't move until someone killed him. In a fast paced game like Bad Company, it doesn't bother me as much because immediately after I die I can respawn and go to where he was and if he's still there, he gets killed and it's his own fault for not moving. But when you seriously sit in the same spot for two minutes just waiting for someone to go by so you can get some cheap kills, it just bothers me.MrJKapowey said:Does that include sniping, for example on BFBC2. Agreed.Onyx Oblivion said:People who don't talk.
I'll take a bunch of 12 years old brats over total silence.
Which means, I'll take Xbox Live over the utter silence of PSN.

I'm still drunk on Turkey so i dont know what you're saying. When i say i hate your behaviour, i say i hate people sticking up for girls, they are perfectly capable of defending themselves, and having men stick up for them, would just annoy the legit gamer girls.Straying Bullet said:It happens to everyone but everyone in what I experienced seems to gang up on the women. I already said in my other posts that this is my opinion/perspective, not a fact. Inb4 that.lee1287 said:SRS BIZNESS.
I couldnt care less if girls get beraded on XBL, it happens to EVERYONE.
Who said anything about an "anti female gaming culture?" :S
If they get put off XBL from a kid saying stuff too them, and need oher kids to stick up for them than i wouldnt want them on my xbox to be honest.
"The more woman game, the better is our credibility as an industry/medium."
WHAT? So if girls play xbox, that means it must be taking more seriously, how in the world does that make sense? Please explain.
I said if such behaviour kept unchecked, that's going to promote a community, not always, that will keep targetting women just because they are girls. The userbase, the younger demographic, are guilty of this.
The more women, the more we are getting accepted rather than the "Male dominated geeky realm of nerdzgasm dom". Don't see how I have to explain this to you really. Women is a large demographic in our world, the more that join our industry as consumers/devs, the better for u. I wasn't mentioning XBL specifically, this can easily happen on the PSN.
I only suggest women should stop talking back/mute the people in question and be on with our gaming round, I don't argue or lower myself to such level by cussing/taunting back.
Merry Christmas, sir.
I did that with one of the numerous homophobes I've found but...well it's hard to convey a logical thought to a homophobic ranting preteen.TestECull said:What would have been hilarious is if you took all those times he said he'd let you fool around and asked him if he thought that's something a straight man would say.ReservoirAngel said:I won't put the rest of it, but basically what followed was half an hour of homophobic insults and him assuming i wanted to fool around with him, and using horribly graphic depictions to try and mess with me. i finally quit out when he started insulting my boyfriend.[/SPOILER]
I 100% guarantee it would shut him up and make him rage quit the entire internet.
It's not even that. It's just people who talk.New Troll said:Talkative.
Don't care how good you are or how bad you are, just keep it to yourself.
oh, in terms of freaking out homophobes, Jordan (my boyfriend)) reigns fucking king.TestECull said:I made one rage-quit that way once. I'm not gay, but I can imitate it well enough to creep people out over in-game text chat.ReservoirAngel said:I did that with one of the numerous homophobes I've found but...well it's hard to convey a logical thought to a homophobic ranting preteen.
Homophobes drive me nuts, too.
