You can run Morrowind, maybe mid-high. You computer might also be able handle the high res texture packs.Veldt Falsetto said:Morrowind? Ya sure?Onyx Oblivion said:I have a Chip Set, too. >_>

I recommend Morrowind. And Torchlight. Torchlight runs on fucking anything it you lower the settings. ANYTHING.
So Baldur's Gate 1 and 2....and Fallout 1 and 2...

You need to get some money.
Because there is basically no PC support for JRPGs.
I assumed you referred to Guild wars 2 when you replied to that comment about JRPG support on the PC.That Guy Who Phails said:Please enlighten me as to when I said Guild Wars was a JRPG.Jazoni89 said:You can run Morrowind, maybe mid-high. News to me, i thought it was a MMO developed by a American company.
Nothing Japanese about that.
Why do you have Vista on such a slow machine? Yes your laptop is bullshit, but Vista probably isn't doing you any favors either.Veldt Falsetto said:Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic Edition (build 6000), 32-bit
Basically, my laptop CAME with Vista on it.MercurySteam said:Why do you have Vista on such a slow machine? Yes your laptop is bullshit, but Vista probably isn't doing you any favors either.Veldt Falsetto said:Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic Edition (build 6000), 32-bit
I suppose you could try Dawn of War or perhaps Minecraft?
I'd use onlive, I'm already a member and such but I'd like to think it'll get bigger and better support, everything it has out is avaliable on a console and looks so much better than it does on my laptop.harleysq said:You could always try Onlive http://www.onlive.com . Internet connection required though. It might be slowish with you being in Europe.
I'm planning on playing some older games myself like Fallout 1 & 2 , Painkiller and Beyond Good and Evil (not sure the two last ones you'll be able to play). All of them can be found on GOG.com
You might want to change to xp.
I think Dawn of War could work too. I know I've played it on much worse.MercurySteam said:Why do you have Vista on such a slow machine? I support this wholeheartedly.Bribase said:Take the time out to play the first two of the Fallout Series:

You'll get a chance to see what all of the fuss was about.
You'll need to reformat your harddrive with an xp-disk. But before that you need to be sure xp-drivers are available for your laptop.Veldt Falsetto said:EDIT: Is there a cost-free way of downgrading, will I have to wipe my computer or whatever I'm not exactly a PC-whiz?
Thanks for the advice, I'll do a bit more research and see what I can doharleysq said:You'll need to reformat your harddrive with an xp-disk. If you feel uncomfortable about all this you might want to ask someone more tech-savvy.
