What can you cook without using a mircowave?\
And is there anything you can cook from scratch?

I can cook quite a few things if I have recipes and stuff.
It's not guaranteed it'll end well though.

I just ate the soggiest french toast ever created. Was like eating pancake batter.

Quite a few things I guess. If I've got the recipe I can do pretty extravagant stuff. Without a recipe though? Usually the basics, pancakes, spaghetti, steak, hamburgers

I feel quite confident I could manage to make that, yeah.

I usually cook without a microwave. I only use the microwave for warming food.
What I can cook? About everything?! Except soup maybe.
You want a roast? I make roast!
Meatballs? Easy!
BBQ? I have a really nice recipe for marinade.
Pasta? No problem.
Pizza? I don't do that often but it was always yummy.
Asian food? To a certain degree even that.
Pancake was about the first thing I could make and I ate for weeks pancakes :)

With a recipe I can do quite a lot. Usually I don't get any complaints :)

I also enjoy baking (cake and bread).

I like to eat, I enjoy to eat. Selfmade food is always better than microwave meals (I would never eat that. Yuck)...at least it is to me.
And no, I am not overweight.

Mostly pre-packaged stuff, haven't ventured much into the recipe domain.

I'm pretty handy on a grill, but off-hand I don't know a lot of recipes. If I'm given one I can follow it pretty well.

Anything. You give me the recipe and I will make it. As far as stuff I know off the top of my head... I can make a pretty good stir-fry with noodles all from scratch (including the sauce), many variations of all kinds of pasta, I can make Boeuf Bourgignon almost without the recipe, and I make one hell of a Tiramisu.

I can cook some pretty nice meals from memory. the more complicated stuff requires a book though D;

I can make a bitchin' chicken Caesar salad. Steak pie is the nicest thing I can make I think :3 far from the most complex but definately the tastiest.

Food is art, and I am a freakin' artiste.

Set me up with a kitchen and I'll improvise something delicious. And then promptly forget how I managed to make it. D'oh.

A Hermit's Cave
Fairly proud of myself over the past year, haven't bought a single pre-packaged meal...

So, yeah, I can cook, but mostly simple stuff and a few elaborate recipes, but it's a little difficult to experiment when I live by myself... can't feed my failed experiments to anyone, unfortunately (and me no like wastage).

Still, I mourn the lack of an oven ('cause I like baking).

Custom made meals tend to be cheaper and more lean.
That and I doubt that you make all of that for yourself or eat it in one sitting.
Fastfood is a rip off and even the restaurants are.

I can cook a lot of stuff, mostly from scratch. Not that I'm immune to just sticking a pizza in the oven once (or twice...) a week, but everything else I do from close to scratch. Beef burgers, lasanga, steaks, omlettes, pasta (easy), chicken dishes, potatoes... I like to cook.

I hardly ever use the microwave either, occasionally for warming up food and I do use it to heat up either pasta sauce or baked beans, but I resist just getting something in a tray that I can zap for ten minutes and eat.

Just about anything. I am a cook by trade though, so it's less impressive. Although, I did learn how to make eclairs from the catering company I work for presently...panty droppers they are. :D
