(Not counting portables)
All of them and none of them.
I've owned all of the three consoles but I've sold them all, then bought some of them again, sold, bought, sold.
I bought the Xbox 360 at release, then I got Wii. Played a enough games, got bored of it (Wii) and sold it. My girlfriend at the time didn't think Mario was more fun than Kameo and, although I've got Mario as nostalgia, I don't really care about the series at all anymore.
Years went by, I sold my 360, bought a new one, played the new game I wanted, finished ,noticed there weren't enough good games available to keep the system. So I sold it again.
Bought another Wii, "hacked" it with whatever was available at the time, making it play iso-files, played the games I liked, while the girlfriend was using the "Fit Board" for snowboarding and yoga and whatnot. We both got bored pretty fast.
Bought another Xbox 360, played a couple of games, then got bored.
More Xboxes, more, more.
I bought a PS3 because of Heavy Rain alone. Good game but not good enough. Played Little Big Planet with friends which was okay. It's a great game but I don't play games alone, I play with friends. Looked at Uncharted, tried it really fast, got bored and sold the PS3.
Over the years I've had 7 Xbox 360's, 2 Wii's and 2 PS3's. I've never had one hardware failure of the 360 (probably because I sold it too fast), but it apparently had better exclusives TO ME than the other consoles. Not counting FPS, I hate FPS on consoles.
I'm currently not owning a single console. None of them are good enough to keep me from PC gaming. (Although Dust 514 is probably going to make me get another PS3 (which will probably last for a month or two until I realize I'd rather play with friends than alone) unless they release it for PC soon enough)
