Theres already a tonne of very well made photoshop images floating around the web focussing on this very theme. In fact, theres an entire comic book based on it now. The city itself is riddled with emergency response bunkers and even (allegedly) one of the major train lines existed for decades as a secret fallout response thoroughfare. In a game however, much'd be probably utter brown and grey shite as it'd just be a tonne of collapsing indoor tunnels. Pretty much anything you'd encounter has aready been comprehensively "done" in the Half Life series. Contemporary Japanese rootops could lend well to a game though. I guess the appeal wouldn't be an original landscape but rather that a well researched game would be a much more believable experience. Just don't go expecting "save the emperor" quests or anything because that shits outlawed.ENKC said:How awesome would post-apocalyptic Tokyo be? I'm thinking all the cliches that city is famous for (neon, tuner racing and every form of perversion and weirdness known to man) rendered into dystopian, steampunk, mutated and irradiated glory.
Edit: Mutant cats would kick arse.
