What did you do for earth day?

Earth day is the 22nd. It hasn't even started yet where I am.

It was Earth day today? Well, I didn't really drive around much today in my FUEL EFFICIENT COMPACT so I guess I was in the spirit of the non-holiday.

It's been pointed out before, but I feel the need to reiterate:
April 22nd is Earth day, at least in the US.

I'm going to do a little yard work, do some composting, and then use public transportation to try to minimize my carbon footprint.

I have these fucking pain the ass neighbors who ride my ass all the time about not going 100% green.
They've berated me in front of the neighbors and talk down to me because my car isn't green or my food and clothing aren't from the shitty organic store or something.
They've held peace rally's on there front lawn, which wouldn't have been a big except for the shitty singing. they did for like, 36 hours.

I probably wouldn't even had remember that it was (or even cared for that matter) earthday, except for the fact that they put signs up everywhere.
So they went out of town for the day to celebrate (not kidding) so I did the most mature thing I could think of, I salted there entire garden and put huge aerosol cans all around the deck.


They're not going on vacation this year.

I lit a forest on fire, than I started up 50 diesel trucks and let them sit there and pollute the air for no reason. Then I took all the garbage trucks in the city and dumped all the trash in a lake.

Nothing, I wasn't even aware it was Earth Day.

Didn't do jack shit. I don't really care for all the uber-environmentalism that is going on in the world today. Even if I had remembered that it was Earth Day, I sill wouldn't have done a damn thing. It's a "holiday" that really isn't worth my time.

That wasn't the plan originally, but in retrospect I claimed it as a victory for the environment.
