What did YOU do this Valentines day?

Went to work, finished work, played some Warcraft, went to sleep. To me, Valentine's Day encourages single people to go out and look for a partner. For couples, well, everyday should be valentine's day, reminding each other the bonds they share and the feelings they have for each other. My GF is 120 miles away, who's also doing the same things as me, ie: going to work, finishing work, playing some warcraft, going to sleep.

Work, work and more work. My girlfriend is even more busy than I am so it was a fairly horrendous valentines day, really. We've moved it to next week, it's not like it's anything more than an excuse to go out and do something more special than usual anyway; the date isn't important!

Woke up at an ungodly hour (6 am), ate, played NHL 10, went grocery shopping, ate, more NHL 10, ate, and now I'm here. God I hate not having a girlfriend on VD day.

VD day? Either that's very "ironic" or very unfortunate.

I spent the afternoon with my girl, nothing really special.

Ate all the Valentines day candy my roommate got an bequeathed to me (she only eats bland foods).

I went to an old family cottage to warm up the house as it's expecting visitors in a week.

After I had put a perfect setting in the fireplace that would certainly start up, it did start up, but the smoke went nowhere it should. I ripped off the fire alarm, moved a ladder and climbed on to the roof and cleared the top of the chimney and smoke finally followed through. I cleaned up some of the roof off the two feet snow layer in the meanwhile and noticed that low sneakers were really good at freezing your feet when wading through snow at -20 C.

Besides that: Scrubs, food and The Escapist.

Had collage during the day, but took my girlfreind out to the curry leaf later for a valentines curry. Went back to hers had somewine and watched The Hurt locker. Unfortunatly due her to sleeping pearents in the next room sex was out of the question, so we just fell asleep in eachovers arms, awwww. (her breath smelt of garlic narn XD)
