Nothing.
If anything I added a whole bunch of ill-conceived things others arbitrarily consider vices.
Just to spite the potentiality of a 'caring', 'benevolent' 'deity' that inflicts my world with pain and misery as a test of how worthy I am to enjoy a dictator's 'paradise' in the afterlife if we operate from an Irenaean theodicy of ever-present salvation in life and death.
I will continue to accrue these vices at my leisure until the day I die, and if there is an afterlife I shall do so then as well. Because if at least 0.1% of humanity does likewise, Hell must be filled with some pretty awesome people I don't mind spending eternity with and you can't stop me doing lines of blow off a Gideon's travel Bible!
That and only communists and the Amish probably go to Heaven if we truly make an active judgment clause of self-denial in a world of pain and loneliness as the truest measure of human penitence. We're all screwed by simply thinking of Lent as a transitory thing in our spatiotemporal exitence, arbitrarily measured as such to provide relief from self-denial rather than living a life of it ... then again Amish heaven won't be my idea of heaven, either.
That's not where all the gambling and drugs will be, and all the people who treat life as an ecstatic jubilee of temporary graces.
