What do ye fellow escapists think about guys and long hair?

Everyone should feel free to look however they want, but they don't have a right to complain if people avoid them because they can see the glint of sunlight reflecting off their hair grease.

im growing mine out now. it looks good if its taken care of. not grease and trimmed occasionally and usually pulled back. and well trimmed facial hare keeps the confused peoples away. whatever looks good.

I've grown it to my shoulders and below but I guess I look like a lesbian from the back. I also need to grow my beard too. I should cut my hair and work on my beard now that it's not constantly itchy.

I miss my long hair.

I don't need it down to my ass like it used to be (I keep it short now, just got it buzzed down on a #2 setting last week) years ago but at least shoulder-length would be cool. I tried growing it out a year or ago or so and it just looked like shit and made me crazy so I cut it all back off.

Well, i've always had thick hair, dunno if i'd judge it as long since it didn't come down, just poofed up to a jewfro, i've had it for a while, so after coming back from Marine Corp boot, everybody thought i was a completely different person. I can seriously notice a faster turn time and less heavier feel to my head, but, i really liked my long hair, girls found it enjoyable to mess around with and it was bitchin for headbanging

I have long hair and I love it. After years of having short hair I finally finally find a style that I'm comfortable with; LONG!!! I feel safer with long hair where with short hair I feel more vulnerable. Maybe it's a security issue but I think I look better with long hair.
As for other guys, why not? Grow your hair out to you butt, men. If you want it do it. Don't listen to the people against you. LONG HAIR FOREVER!!!

Yeah, same here. Feels safe, and I use mine to cover my eyes.

wel i used to have long hair, to be honest was a relief when i cut it, as for others it matters what they look like, i know some that just look horrible with long hair... and others who look perfectly fine, same goes for the ladies some of you you great with short hair

I'm repping a sort of ross noble (a comedian) thing, only much longer and usually tied back. A ponytail down to about my lower back, I brush it and wash it etc but it stays dry so it doesnt look like a hot chick.

Depends on how long you're talking about. My hair isn't past my shoulders long, but it is pretty long. I like it, and most guys I know USED to have hair like mine but one by one, they all got it buzzed. Not me though, I like my hair.

I'm getting off-topic though, it really depends on how long, and it depends on the guy.

Most of the time though, I don't really care, it looks fine.

I've been growing my hair out since I graduated High School, and 3/4 of the way down my back now. I keep it back most of the time, but let it down for headbanging or upon request.

I tired growing my hair out once, but my dad wouldn't let me do it so short hair for me. Some guys can pull off the look, others cant.
