My boyfriend has longer hair thsn I do, and mine's a good two or three inches below my shoulders. The long hair and beard is standard fare among the black metal crowd, so it becomes difficult to keep track of him on the floor. Until he picks me up OFF of the floor, that is.

OP: I couldn't care less whether a guy has long hair or not. It's perfectly acceptable by my standards.

I wish I wasn't talking about it, but yes... lol
Sometimes chicks at gas stations ask to feel it, so I like my hair...

I don't care what other people do with their own hair - although I will admit that if I see a man with a mohawk I will instinctively flinch and think they are violent and aggressive, because that is what TV has taught me.

Personally I wouldn't be caught dead with long hair. But I'm not going to judge anyone else.... openly. I'll quietly sit back and form prejudices in my own mind.

Hey. Don't pretend you don't either.

I'm a guy and I've got long hair, and it's actually in a sort of weird top-knot deal so my bangs aren't all in my face. It's not so bad now that it's not in that awkward kinda long but still too short to really be manageable phase. At least that's how it was for me. Only reason I keep it long is because my hair's really thick and when it's short it just acts like a giant poof ball. Not fun.

Also, having long hair served me well in high school, slept in almost every class and the teachers didn't notice.

A buddy of mine has long hair.
Well, if he likes it, I don't care.
Personally, I find it impractical as hell.

I have "long" hair, but it's not long in the sense that it reaches down to my shoulders - that's just too much, as far as I'm concerned. So, as for my opinion, I say it's fantastic! Guys who put on eye-liner in conjunction with their long hair, well that's another story (MCR, I'm looking at you, you faggots)

I had the same deal... (The "Poofy" one)

I have yet to venture into a hair salon since June of 2007. Feel free to have a glance upon my profile, although I shall update such when I bother to have another picture taken; one without facial hair I must note. Currently my hair is approximately half way down my back.

depends how long. Kurt Cobain length is cool. I had that for a while although now i have it short. Once it gets much longer it really depends on the person. Normally doesn't work though.

I once let my hair grow for about two years or so, it got pretty long. But then I got tired of it, so I cut it off.

AFAIC, how people look is their business. I've certainly never gone out of my way to look normal, or "fit in".

I like it shorter... Chin length is the longest I can go. If it's too long... Well, from what I've seen they start to look either effeminate or icky =\ Or worse yet, both!
