Collecting entertainment items isn't collecting. That's "I like this guy's work and he's good and I'm a fan.". Collecting is a hobby of gathering things that have no other value than you think it's funny to have a bunch of these (and it is).

I collect weird doohickies. They have no value other than they are odd and fun to play around with when bored.

My father's side have been terrible hoarders, so I'm trying hard to avoid that same issue.

Video games, anime, artbooks, and Figures... and man does my wallet suffer for it... I'm trying to sell a lot of it to minimize the amount. Don't know if I could ever quit though.
