I originally came here for the videos, but fell in love with the forums and the IRC channel.

Back when Zero Punctuation was on X-Play I came to the site to watch the full episodes, and then when I saw Unforgotten Realms I decided to become a member.

I come for the videos, I stay for (read: get trapped in) the forums.
Pretty much what I was going to say.
Now to the actual reason I am quoting you: am I getting crazy or is your avatar animated? Because if so I never ever noticed that before...
Congrats. You are the first person to notice (or at least the first person to message me).
You get two!

Whew, and I thought I was getting crazy.
Surprise double cookies? Thank you, kind sir, I very much appreciate this gesture of reward.

Here's a fun question - who didn't come here originally because someone told them about zero punctuation?

But mostly nowadays I come here for the news and the community. On every day that isn't Wednesday, anyway.

I started coming here for Doomsday Arcade. Now i'm here for pretty much all the videos and the news/articles. Not so much the forums or user groups though.

I actually saw Yahtzee on TV in a Documentary about Video Games over here in Australia. Then I found out he was actually in the same city as me, which piqued my interest.

I looked him up online, and found this website, watched some of his reviews. Then Apocalypse Lane came out, and I was all like, oh cool, animations! Having being part of the stick figure animation scene for years, I was interested in seeing fresh new animation.

The storyline of Apocalypse Lane was captivating, and brought me back each week. I noticed interesting topics popping up in the forums all the time, so I registered and contributed a little. Then I got badges and stuff for watching videos and that was an awesome touch.

To be honest I run my own forum, so to see the features of this forum and how it is so simple and yet so effective. Not to mention the size of the Escapist Magazine's community is HUGE, it's intimidating!

Then, Doraleous and Associates came out. This show's writers are awesome! It keeps me coming back weekly.
I've decided that I like these forums and want to spend more time socialising here so you guys will see more of me!

Doraleous all the way. Started off with ZP, then Unforgotten Realms. Now all I really watch is Doraleous.

Unskippable brought me here. I was linked to it from another site and since I love that sorta thing I had to see more. Why I keep coming back, I don't really know. The community gets on my nerves (no offence), the incessant negativity and constant complaining are mind numbing. If anything it's taught me to keep my own complaints and criticisms in check.

I was first brought here by Zero Punctuation's videos. Now I'm kind of digging on the community.

Ppretty much the forums. I watch a few shows, but the forums are what keep me active here more than 2 six minute periods a week.
